This dealer is a dishonest and general sales manager Jarett is a big time a liar. He is a misserable and extremely rude person. He should learn a basic customer care skills but he is a general sales manager who hangs up the phone on customer's face when asked questions. This just show how low quality this dealership is. I inquired about a 2025 Crown Signia that was listed for $39,981. I called in and confirmed twice with their internet sales person SASHA STORM and then a salesman MARIA. But a few minutes later they told me that they misprinted the price and the actual price is $42,997 now. At this point, I said I don't want to do business with them at all and wanted to speak with their GM, Jarett Perlmutter. When I mentioned my dissappointment with their bait and switch tactics, Jarett raised his voice and telling me I should have called in and confirmed the price with them first. When I said I already did that twice, he then tells me, sir, you are 300 miles away, go and buy a car somewhere near you and hangs up the phone on my face. If I was the owner of this dealership I would FIRE Jarett after reading this comment immediately.

Shane is a real pro and a heck of nice guy. There is no pressure just guidance. He makes you feel as if you knew him for years. The dealership employees are polite, friendly and professional and my new-to-me preowned car was detailed beautifully.

Toyota of Stuart made the entire buying experience very easy. My sales person Shane was very laid back, no pressure and very informative. Thank you, I love my new vehicle.
