It was an awesome experience! PJ my salesman and the finance staff was outstanding. I purchased it for my grandson and he is very pleased with it. PJ is makes your sales department a great asset to your business. PJ made the experience a come again event. So professional and his smile was contagious.

Thank you for your feedback! It is wonderful to hear that you had an awesome experience at Tameron Honda and that PJ and our finance staff provided outstanding service. We’d love the opportunity to make your next visit a 5-star experience. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or address any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Sincerely, the Tameron Honda Team
went in for an oil change only and they searched my car for the wheel lock key to perform unauthorized tire rotation service and then misled (lied) about the battery to collect a few hundred dollars. We have purchased 4 vehicles there, my daughter 2 and my son 1. Don't trust them and will never do business with them again.

This is a review of their Body Shop... Tameron is an arrogant and nonchalant service provider. They will only extend themselves to achieve mediocrity in their work and make excuses rather than effort. They do not care about the customer or the customer experience. The work took twice as long as necessary, and they don't care that costs you money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I returned to the dealership on April 20, 2026, after seeing that the vehicle I had previously inquired about was relisted online. I contacted the sales manager, Tyler, who assured me the car was available and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. Based on that assurance, I paid for an Uber to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was not greeted and had to stand at the front counter until someone finally acknowledged me. Tyler eventually approached me, seated me at Cisco’s desk, and immediately brought up the negative review I had previously left. Rather than focusing on providing a genuinely improved experience, the conversation quickly centered on my review and the desire for it to be removed. He also justified my prior experience by stating that they are a “high-volume” dealership, implying that such issues are normal. The test drive with Cisco went well, and I was fully prepared to purchase the vehicle at that point. However, when it came time to discuss pricing, Tyler again referenced my review but failed to clearly disclose or explain the actual price of the vehicle. Instead, he focused on monthly payment figures and loan terms, avoiding straightforward transparency. I ultimately had to stop the conversation myself and ask for the full price of the car. Once it was finally presented, it did not match the competitiveness I had already secured elsewhere. Given how much emphasis Tyler placed on my prior review, there was no meaningful effort made to address my concerns through pricing, transparency, or customer service. When I declined to move forward, both Tyler and Cisco applied pressure to complete the sale. However, repeatedly stating that they are a high-volume dealership does not excuse poor communication, lack of transparency, or a disappointing customer experience. This visit confirmed my initial concerns rather than resolving them. I will not be returning.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Tim. We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustrations regarding your recent visit to Tameron Honda. It's disappointing to hear that the focus was placed on your previous review rather than on providing the improved service we strive for. Our team values transparency and effective communication, and it seems that we fell short during your visit. We encourage you to reach out to us directly if you'd like to discuss this further or if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns. Your experience matters to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you again for your input. Sincerely, the Tameron Honda Team
Thank you for your response. I want to be clear that my concerns are not based on a single interaction, but on a consistent pattern across two separate visits. During my first visit, I arrived for a confirmed appointment to purchase a specific vehicle, only to be told upon arrival that it had just been sold—without any prior notice—despite confirmation earlier that same day. I was then immediately redirected to a more expensive option. After seeing the same vehicle relisted, I returned on April 20, 2026, only after receiving direct confirmation from Tyler that it was available. During this visit, the focus shifted to my prior review rather than improving the customer experience. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency in pricing, as I was not provided with a clear out-the-door figure until I explicitly requested it. Additionally, after my experience, I reviewed other customer feedback and noticed similar concerns being raised regarding communication, vehicle availability, and sales practices. This suggests that what I encountered may not be an isolated incident. While I appreciate the acknowledgment in your response, stating that you “fell short” does not address the underlying issue: the same concerns—communication, transparency, and sales approach—occurred again. At this point, I am not interested in further discussion. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle on both occasions and chose not to proceed based on these experiences. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve your processes going forward.

I strongly recommend avoiding Tameron Honda. I spent weeks receiving persistent texts and emails after expressing interest in a specific vehicle—sometimes as late as 11:30 PM. After finally scheduling an appointment, getting pre-approved, and confirming the morning of my visit, I showed up fully prepared to purchase the car I had been discussing. Once at the dealership, I was told to wait while the salesperson retrieved the vehicle. Instead, I was brought outside and shown a completely different, more expensive car. Only then was I informed that the vehicle I had an appointment for had supposedly been sold right before I arrived. At no point prior to my arrival did anyone communicate that the car was no longer available—despite confirming my appointment just hours earlier. Instead, I was effectively subjected to a bait-and-switch tactic, being pushed toward a higher-priced vehicle I had no interest in. Yes, inventory can change—but failing to notify a customer with a confirmed appointment, and then attempting to redirect them to a more expensive option, is unacceptable and misleading. I walked away from the deal, even though I was ready to buy that day. This experience felt dishonest and demonstrated a clear lack of respect for my time.

They didn't even have the car I inquired about. They tried to put me in something more expensive and have very aggressive closing tactics. A complete waste of time

Dre Forbush was really helpful in helping me purchase my 2025 EX L Honda Accord Hybrid. This is the second car we have purchased from him. Great personality with no pressure to purchase. We will recommend him service to family and friends.

I always drive to Hoover to where I purchased my car even though I reside in Tuscaloosa. The customer service is always excellent. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and was out the door before my scheduled appt time! I never leave and always enjoy the amenities of the waiting room. You can’t beat a free breakfast. Brandon made sure to give me a call once it was finished and reviewed my diagnostic. 5 out of 5 stars.
