I had a great experience at Tameron! Genoah was an exceptional salesman—professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the test drive to the purchase of my new Civic Hybrid Sport, everything was smooth and stress-free. Genoah’s knowledge and friendly approach made me and my wife feel confident in our decision, and he ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. Leah, my service advisor, is very professional.

Leah, my service advisor, is very professional. While my car is in the service department Leah keeps me informed regarding the status of service. She reaches out to let me know when they find something requiring attention and explains why service is required. I only take my car when I call to confirm Leah is going to be there.

The best thing about this dealership is that they only

The best thing about this dealership is that they only add the Doc fee and no other unwanted protections, etc. What a breath of fresh air! The car was a great price, and they even added a small additional discount that we were unaware of. The car was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The wait during purchase was a little long, but they made up for it. Everyone we talked to was nice and answered all our questions.

I bought my car from Barbara!

I bought my car from Barbara! She was such a delight and made car buying so easy. She even checked in with me a couple days later to see how I was enjoying my vehicle. I absolutely recommend buying here the whole team was so great!

Received an email for my recently purchased 2024

Received an email for my recently purchased 2024 Ridgeline that it was due to have recall work completed. I made an appt online explaining that I was needing the stated recall work completed. I received multiple text reminders from the dealership saying they were ready for me and not to forget my appointment. When I arrived, however, I let the service advisor know I was there for my appointment and recall work. The advisor said “what recall work?” and I had to find the email and tell the advisor what was needed. They then proceeded to tell me that not only did they NOT have the parts for the recall, but that I should have called them. WTH? Why did they (1) accept my appt and then (2) keep in touch about it when they didn’t even have the parts??? Talk about poor customer service for a brand new customer! This was an unacceptable waste of my time. Now I’m really wondering if I purchased by new truck from the right dealer.

Be very careful with the sales department.

Be very careful with the sales department. I was interested in a 12,750 used car and trade in was qccepted. I signed a pre-sale form and got told the car will be ready for pickup the next day after detailing. Okay. Hours later the manager called to tell, that they offer $2000 less for my trade in. They did not care about pre-sale signed form. Of course I could not afford the additional financing options and declined. Days later the sane car was registered at their webpage for about $3000 more. They made a mistake, but would not honor the pre sale signed contract. They should be ashamed!
