    Gary Williams was our salesman, he was truthful, honest and extremely helpful in the purchase of our new car. The whole dealership was impressive with... their safety measures for COVID-19. We had a great experience at Lexus of Birmingham and highly recommend Mr. Williams and this dealership.

    I took our new Lexus in for its first service....it was an excellent experience ! Ron Amerson, service adviser, was professional, knowledgable, and most... helpful. In addition, the facility is clean and comfortable making the short wait pleasant. Great job to all involved!

    Frank Baumann, our sales consultant at Lexus of Birmingham, is the best! We recently bought one car from him and leased another car. He is very knowledgeable... and professional in both areas. He knows every function of the cars. He spent lots of time explaining how to use each feature and helped us set up our preferences. He cares about his customers and is great to work with. We will definitely go back to Frank when we are ready to purchase or lease again.

    THE SALES PERSONNEL WERE GREAT. THE POLICY OF WAITING 15 DAYS FOR A CHECK TO CLEAR AND ISSUE THE FINAL DOCUMENTS FOR A TAG NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. SOME STATES... REQUIRES THE TAG WITHIN 7 DAYS.
