Will was very helpful during the sales process!

Will was very helpful during the sales process! He was great about following up with me and answers questions during the process. My only concern is that I made it clear to Will and Patrick (finance) that I did not want any of the add ons. My old Lexus did not do well at trade in so I was a little flustered and missed that PermaPlate was an add-on. I did not discover this until I was setting up my new insurance. I called both Patrick and Will last week to discuss but neither have gotten back with me. Please have someone contact me to resolve this 205-335-3135

I have had exceptional service with my Lexus for 2 years,

I have had exceptional service with my Lexus for 2 years, Sharon has been my service provider. My husband started looking at a newer model when he met Justin. Justin was super helpful & very knowledgeable. While we went in for a service on our pre existing lexus we came away with a new lexus within 5 hours. We are Lexus vehicle lovers!

Lexie- Birmingham

I went in just looking they a general idea of what I wanted. The only person that approached me was Alton McMillan. He listened to me and what I wanted and told me that he had the perfect car for me. When he brought it around for me to look at it. I knew that was my car. The finance people were the bomb and very, very nice. Lexus really train their people to be the best at customer service and care. I had the best experience and I will recommend them to everyone that inquire about my car!!!

Our sales associate, Sidney Mashburn, was excellent.

Our sales associate, Sidney Mashburn, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, a great listener and did not pressure us in any way. When we returned 2 days later to pay for the car, there was a shortage of employees and we waited 2 1/2 hours to pay. This was not Sidney's fault. Perhaps the dealership should have alerted us to the problem and should have given us a choice of waiting a day to arrive. I highly recommend Sidney.
