Lacking attention to detail
Normally a five star place, however this service technicians missed the mark big time. They failed to tighten the bolts holding the skid plate on our 4Runner. It popped off as we were headed on our vacation. We found one bolt but not the other. We made a hasty repair and will return to Tuscaloosa Toyota to have the situation resolved next week. Not the usual quality and professional service we are used to by Tuscaloosa Toyota. We understand that everyone has a bad day but, c’mon Tuscaloosa Toyota you can and should do better. We glad it wasn’t serious but if they miss something small, then they can miss something major. So disappointed.
I recently had my vehicle serviced and they do great work. Whenever I call for an appointment, they see me the exact same day, which is great.
They knew what I wanted and kept me updated. Tried to help with financing Willing to trade. Personal service. Helpful in every way all the way through buying process,
last minute service
the fan motor for my AC, went down. Saturday almost noon, called in the service department, and the young fellow told me to bring the truck and he will see if they can do service on the Tacoma. bottom line, they fix the issue, and found some burned wires, and finish the work even thou I didn't had an appointment. price is completive compared to firestorm and pep boys. would recommend doing service on your Toyota.
I recently purchased a used Toyota Camry and I have to say that it was such a pleasure working w Marcello. He was very honest with me and I am very pleased with my purchase. I did not have any doubts as Marcello treated me with respect and did not even try to rip me off. I had a very good deal with my car and will definitely buy another car with Marcello at Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Poor customer service
It’s been over a week and still waiting on sales manager to return phone call regarding an offer on a car! I have never been to a car lot that i felt Like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy from them ! Very poor customer service !!

My experience at Tuscaloosa Toyota was nothing short of amazing it was a Rainy cold day when I purchased my 2019 Toyota Camry when Marcello greeted me outside with an umbrella and asked me if I needed any help from that moment I knew I wanted to buy from him. He made making a decision on car purchasing very easy and smooth I would recommend him to any future purchase at Tuscaloosa Toyota many blessings
Over an hour wait to get fluids checked
Took vehicle to Tuscaloosa Toyota for 5 thousand mile check ( not even a oil change just a required fluid check ) No cars in line ahead of me and only 3 or 4 people in waiting area. Was still there over an hour. Sat in waiting area over 10 minutes looking out the window at my vehicle while the service guy I had originally talked to played on his phone. I guess he was getting off work and couldn't be bothered. after he had left, one of the ladies working there must have felt sorry for me and Hunted up my paperwork. The time before this they didn't replace the caps on tires after checking tire pressure and before that left the oil cap off motor and by the time I made it home my motor was covered with oil and smoking like it was on fire. The quality of service has really gone down over the years.
Christopher was amazing! He's super helpful and cares deeply for his customers. I would buy again from them without a doubt!
