I scheduled a 65000 mile service appointment for my 2022

I scheduled a 65000 mile service appointment for my 2022 Camry. As soon as I arrived the intake process began and my vehicle was taken into the service area. Ms Smiley, my service representative, kept me apprised of the progress and let me know when my vehicle service was complete. She and the rest of the personnel with whom I interacted were pleasant, professional, and helpful. it’s one of the reasons I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Serra of Decatur.

As far as car purchasing goes, I have no problem

As far as car purchasing goes, I have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new vehicle or or a certified pre owned used vehicle. The staff is kind, courteous and respectful all around by helping you get into the vehicle you want. However, where I think this place lacks is in the service department. Recently I visited here for a routine oil maintenance change to be performed on my vehicle and I arrived at 10:30. I had no idea that I wouldn’t be leaving from there until 1:30….To add, when I got back in my vehicle there were grease marks all along the interior door and steering wheel from whichever mechanic had wrenched on it. Out of sheer respect for the customer, the person working on the car for said individual shouldn’t have to worry about their reflection of the company if they truly value their work that is applied to customers cars but clearly I don’t think that’s the case here. Overall, this place needs to do better in how they treat customers vehicles and develop faster methods while still being very efficient in the work they do and provide because not everyone can afford to be stuck at a dealership for three hours on a Saturday and no one should be forced to wait that long anywhere especially when it’s somewhere like this place who’s reputation is what makes or breaks the business. Do better.
