I was in the market for a new vehicle and had already

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had already submitted maybe 20+ inquiries with dealerships throughout the southeast. Jake Boyles was one of the few that actually took the time to call me back, even though the vehicle I was inquiring about was not available. I got to talking to him about another vehicle that caught my eye that was available on the lot. Jake was a pleasure to do business with. Me and him talked business, but also talked personal. We worked out a great deal on a NICE vehicle that I wasn’t originally inquiring about. Then, Paul Matthews assisted me with the finance portion of the deal and he was just as great! We both handled business and talked personal as well. Towards the end of the process, Jake came out and assisted me with setting up my vehicle. The technology available in these new vehicles is unreal. Options that didn’t exist on the vehicle that I traded in. Thank you Jake, Paul, and the Toyota of Decatur dealership for assisting me with my purchase! Looking forward to doing business again in the near future!

First things first.

First things first. Green Davidson and Nick Hull are awesome! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Green explained how all the gadgets inside worked and was able to answer every question I had. Nick fully explained the financing process and the warranties. My explanation of their actions is insufficient; suffice it to say, as I said before, Green and Nick are awesome! And now for the story. Serra Toyota of Decatur was an amazing dealership to work with. As we all know about buying cars during the shortages caused by the pandemic, finding the vehicle with exactly everything you want is very difficult. I was willing to forego most things I wanted on the specific vehicle I wanted, but I was not going to compromise on the color I wanted, having a manual transmission, and four wheel drive. I live out of state from Alabama (500 miles away), and the color I wanted is not even available on that model in my area. My local dealership was unwilling to work with me, at all. Therefore I was searching high and low across the country for what I wanted, and every time I found what I wanted, it was already sold by the time I contacted the dealership about it. Serra Toyota of Decatur was different. They told me that although the truck I wanted was sold that very morning, they told me that they could get me what I wanted. I reached out to Serra Toyota in July, and it took a bit of time, but they contacted me in October to let me know that they had the truck I wanted. During those three months, Serra Toyota and Green Davidson kept me updated on what was going on, and confirming the dealer-installed options that I wanted. If I could give Serra Toyota of Decatur, Green Davidson, and Nick Hull 10 stars I would. Every staff member I interacted with at this dealership was amazing and friendly.

Jacob Caleb was a very nice and polite salesman.

Jacob Caleb was a very nice and polite salesman. No "pushing". Helped us with our questions and decision on our new 2022 Highlander. Was very informative on our vehicle and others also. Would very highly recommend asking for him as your salesman, extremely versed on all models. Stayed late at night and helped us with all our needs, would not asked for anyone else. Very Very polite. Also stayed late and helped to explain some of the new features on our new Highlander. Answered all of our questions and told us to call him in the future if we ever had any questions, Wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle!
