Great work

Thank you Victor for your helping getting a van. Victor did a great job showing me and telling me all about the van I got and taking the time to look up card that were in my price range. He handed me off to Josh Craig and he did a great job too. Victor came back over twice when he was able to and make sure everything was going good. Thank you again for your helping. Finally gotten a car after 3 years of riding bicycle

The company has excellent services towards the customer's while Ashly, always has a friendly greeting to new people that walks in. Even though it took me long enough to obtain a car (With all the waiting and hunger I had), but I finally own one. It isn't the car I wanted to begin with, but you always have to start off somewhere. It only took longer, because I am a victim of Identity thief and had my credit freeze. Ashly helped me throughout the whole "mess" of denying and approved situation. Now I can put my bike to rest and enjoy the driveway that awaits my future. PS~ The Nissan sided may places yourself as a lower rated and doesn't you obtained a vehicle...

Made the Car Buying Process Easy and Fun

Accompanied my College Graduate during her first "solo" car buying experience. We looked at many cars at many dealerships. Henry was an extremely patient Sales Consultant that responded to additional information requests multiple times over a 2 week period. He answered my daughter's questions, my questions, and my husbands questions - all with a smile. My daughter has had several cars; however, she has never been a part of the actual purchase process. This was a great first experience. Also, we really liked the Finance Manager as well! Mr. Anthony Pickett was also patient and explained every single piece of the paperwork to my daughter as he placed them in front of her. She had multiple questions and he answered them all with a smile. All around great experience. And... a very nice vehicle for my daughter's new adventure in the snow of the Northeast! Finally to Mr. Frank Williams, it is a pleasure doing business with a company that is community focused! Happy to support your business as you support a wonderful local charity - Kids to Love. It is wonderful that you are focused on helping the undeserved children of our fine city! You don't have to but you do! That is AWESOME!!! Very nice

Josh Craig made my daughters buying experience great. Josh made us feel very comfortable and no high pressure tactics like you get at other dealerships. He has followed up several times since my daughter brought the car to make sure everything is OK and that she still likes the car. He even got her floor mats out of her car we traded, (Because they were a Christmas present from her sister and she wanted to keep them) and she still had the ones she got with the car in the trunk.

Online purchase 2016 Jeep Patriot

As a Capitol One Preferred customer, appreciated being able to use our preapproval within the Landers McLaren Family of Dealerships. Our sales person Josh and Manager Barney made the process very pleasant. Would recommend a way to streamline the finance paperwork process which took a few hours total. Would love to see this condensed to a shorter timeframe.

Outstanding Sales Professional

Ariele delivered outstanding customer service. Her knowledge of the vehicle i was interested in was nothing but top notch. Ariele and the dealership management team worked out a deal that i was very satisfied with. Great experience - customer service

We received excellent service at Landers McLarty . Prompt attention to some concerns with warning lights and radio cutting out. Got us in quickly. New to Huntsville and the service from this dealership is even better than where we bought our car. Had our 20,000 mile maintenance and oil changed as well. Derek Smith, in the service department, was very professional and took good care of us. John, the courtesy car driver was very personable and he helped us get acquainted with an easy way to get to our home. The courtesy car that took us home and came to get us when the car was finished a day later was a pleasant surprise. Since our Chrysler is the only car we have at this point, it was a very welcome service.
