Best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicles. We actually bought two vehicles in the same time it took me to buy my vehicle previous to these two. Great service and very friendly. The entire staff was awesome. Definitely recommend this dealership if you want a no hassle experience.

Victor made the buying process very easy. He listened to our questions and was able to answer them without having to resort to talking with another sales person. He worked with us to get to the price we felt was "a good deal". Josh was able to get the financing at a better rate the we were able to find at our banking establishments. The overall experience was extremely pleasant and I will call on Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for my next purchase.

My car was there for a check engine light for 5 days....
My car was there for a check engine light for 5 days. They never got around to check it out. When asking about the delay the response was "sorry, we are a popular place". One time when I called in I was on hold for 12 minutes then was hung up on.

Richard was very responsive to us and showed us several...
Richard was very responsive to us and showed us several vehicles including one that was not even priced yet in the computer. We went inside and he received a price and we made a counter offer and then went for a test drive. Vehicle was 2013 T & C with 11,000 miles. Everything was fine except the brakes pulsed when applied and made a vibration noise. Richard could hear and feel what we did. He took the car to the Service Department for a checkup while we went to lunch. When we returned he reported that they had found the problem and would fix it. He also went hunting and found the keys and owner info package. Richard was pushy but kept pursuing options. We negotiated some more and agreed on a price. The service manager indicated that some of the parts had to be ordered and they would call when they arrived. The only negative was the amount of time it took to finalize the deal. We spent about nine hours at the dealership and much of that time was waiting for someone to act on our offers and then we had to wait a couple of hours before we could start through the financial closing of the deal.
