I purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta on 6/4/2012 and I must say that I totally enjoyed the friendly helpful service I received at Woody Anderson Ford. As soon as we walked on to the lot we were met by Jason who was a very friendly salesman who made me feel very comfortable. This purchase was my very FIRST new car ever and I will be back to purchase my next new car!! Thank you sooo much for everything.

My overall experience at Woody Anderson Ford was...
My overall experience at Woody Anderson Ford was outstanding. In fact, initally I was trying to decided between a Ford Edge and a Lexus RX 330. I test drove the Edge first and was very impressed. The sales representative, Jason Chicosky, provided excellent customer service. My eye was for the Lexus at the beginning so I still wanted to go check it out. When I arrived at the Lexus dealership, the sales rep wasn't nearly as friendly as Jason. In addition, Jason seemed more knowledgeable about the car that he was trying to sale to me, unlike the Lexus dealer. Customer service has always been important to me so this stood out the most with my experience at Woody Anderson. In fact, after viewing the Lexus, I went straight back to the Ford dealership. As I stated earlier, not only was I satisfied with the vehicle purchased but I was extremely satisfied with Jason's performance. He is an excellent representative and I will most certainly be back when I purchase another vehicle.

F-150 Lariat Purchase
First I want to say the truck that I purchased is perfect, but the buying experience and the friendliness of the dealership was just horrible. I know some car dealers are, shall we say,less than honest and this salesman I got was at the top of the list. He would tell my wife and I things that we thought were statndard to the dealership until we went to the back to sign papers and found out that those things were untrue.My truck was brought in from another state and I asked my salesman, who has been with the company for several years, would the mileage that was placed on the vehicle during the transfer count against the warranty and the salesman said with much certainty that they would not, which was a total lie, and when asked later after the deal was made, he said he misunderstood the question. Also after the paperwork was signed the financial person would not return a phone call after six messages left for them, we had to go to the location to get one question answered about a rebate that was due to us. The management was unresponsive and just forgot about you after the deal was done. I would never use this dealership again and would advise my friends to do the same.

We have taken our car to Woody Anderson multiple times and they continually fail to fix our problems. They cannot even do an alignment and after leaving, we have to go pay another place to fix it. If they cannot do a simple alignment correctly, what else are they screwing up?

I contacted Jim through a friend whom had given me Jim's name. How do you describe purchasing a $45,000 vehicle from someone you have never met, being over 700 miles away, and putting the trust in that person? The answer is really quite simple, perfect. Jim stayed in contact with me during the purchase, keeping me up to date on the order and delivery. When the vehicle (2012 Boss 302) arrived, Jim called and within two days, I had my new Boss 302. This had gone so well that I have a 2013 Boss 302 on order with Jim as well. I think that we both had developed the trust needed to have these transaction go smoothly. Jim is a great guy to deal with and have recommended him to several friends hundreds of miles away in other states.
