New 2014 Malibu for my Spouse

Capitol Chevy contacted me just to discuss a possible new car to replace the 2010 Malibu I bought from them new. I stated over the phone, that the deal/price along with trade-in and all incentives would have to be utterly fantastic to entice me to do so. My plan was to drive the car for 10 years, since 5 more payments and it would be owned out right and with 52K miles on it, still plenty of life left in it. Capitol Chevy maintained the car from day 1 and knew its history. They asked if I would just come in and hear their sales pitch and we made an appointment. I met with David Ramasocky at first, before he handed me off to S. Harris. We started down the usual road of what type of car, options and overall price and incentives. We settled on another Malibu and came down to two styles. We went in to discuss price before even seeing my car for trade-in value. I will say they came close to almost entice me on the spot, however, the one who would be driving it 95% of the time was not with me. So we planned on coming back in 2 hours and if the numbers were right, we would deal then. It also gave me time to discuss the cars privately with my spouse and come up with over bottom figures they would have to beat. Well, not only did they match it, they brought it in under, so a deal was struck. To make it simpler, no financing was even needed. S. Harris went over the car options and details with my spouse and we drove it home on the spot, happy and it will give my spouse peace of mind with a warranty and who to bring it to, when I am away on business. Capitol Chevy and S. Harris went above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend him and Capitol Chevy as a fair and reputable dealership to do business with.

Great experience

Steward spent greater than a couple hrs showing me different cars (giving details,test driving,etc) after having an idea of what I was looking for. By the time we did the final car test drive - actually redrove - a vehicle, I felt that he was tired and I was also: We'd spent a lot of time looking at vehicles. Steward was very patient and professional explaining different options once I'd made my selections and going over paperwork.... . Matt was superb in taking time(though it was late), contacting different companies to get me the lowest rate possible for the vehicles I'd purchased. The rate I was given by my bank was acceptable; however, with patience and effort, Matt was able to get a lower rate which is quite helpful to me (financially speaking). I feel as if Matt and Steward did a good job working together to get me the best they had to offer. Great Job!!. I came on the lot looking for a vehicle for my daughter (college bound), but because the prices of the vehicles were pretty good ( from as much as I could tell after doing some research prior to my actually getting out looking at cars ), I bought 2 good used vehicles (one which I will use for myself). This survey inquire type of vehicle purchased. I purchased a chevy and a ford. Again, great job by Steward and Matt.

Capitol Chevrolet Montgomery

Chuck was great. Took the time to show me every car in every price range but never pressured me to buy. I feel I got a great price without haggling and got the car I wanted.

I have been extremely blessed. With all the both employees during my 7 years ofpatronage here at capitoll Chevrolet. They both have been the best people and serviced both my vehicles with Glenda Steele. Matt Giddens sold me a car and I was happy I worked with him. They will be my family for life. Two of the best people I ever met. God bless them.

Excellent and fast service

My husband and I stopped on our lunch break to view a car that he had found on the dealership's online inventory. We had only planned to look, but ended up liking the car and Parnell enough to get paperwork started. Parnell and Matt both went above and beyond to help us decide on warranty items and trade-in. We even test-drove another vehicle while we waited - so you may see us again soon! Aside from my husband really loving the car, what sold me is the helpful and friendly attitude that was given by everyone we met. I felt no pressure to buy - the car sold itself already. However, I decided to remain at Capital City Chevrolet rather than look elsewhere because I felt comfortable. Thank you again!

An awesome experience

I hate buying a new car - but I have to say the staff that assisted us made it as painless as possible. Ebonee and Watkins stayed in touch thorughout the process (which if I had one complaint, it took too long - but so does the Dr, Dentist, etc) so we jsut ate popcorn and drank water while we waited. While price was a decdidng factor, the thing that tipped them over the top was the fact that the Capitol Group (Hyundai) actually made a donation to the Relay for Life and I vow to support those who support their community. Now I jsut need Capitol Chevrolet to match Capitol Hyundai and I will come back for a car for one of our three children! Or maybe even myself! Would and did recommend them to those I know in the market. I hope service lives up to the expectations set by the sales team!

Great experience

Visited dealer to test drive a volt not intending to buy. Test drive salesman was respectful and honest (he was new). I was handed over to a more experienced salesman (Chris Corona) who was more knowledgeable on hybrids. Even though there was currently no purchase incentives on the Volt the dealer was willing to sell the vehicle at my desired price far below invoice. Additionally, they not only matched my credit unions already low finance rates but beat them significantly. Most impressive to me, when they thought I was leaving the sales manager came over to thank me for coming to their dealership (NOT to offer me a better deal or play games to try and keep me from leaving). Overall very good experience and very friendly people.

2014 Camaro

I want to thank Charlie Davis and the person he was training for the way they handled my buying experience on April 29, 2014. This is the second time in 2 years I have purchase a vehicle through Charlie. After a terrible 3 hour experience at Riverside Chevrolet last year, where I was unable to purshase a truck, Charlie had me in a new truck and on the road in around an hour. Me and my son decided to trade for a Camaro and he made the sale easy and promt. Thanks Charlie and Capital Chevrolet!
