I visited 3 dealerships on February 1, 2014 (Stokes in...

I visited 3 dealerships on February 1, 2014 (Stokes in Clanton, Larry Puckett in Prattville and finally Capital in Montgomery). Of the three dealerships, only S. Harris at Capital Chevy greeted me or even attempted to access my needs. In fact, I did not see a salesman on the lot at the other two dealerships and by the way, I did purchase a $50,000 SUV! Great Work Mr. Harris and thanks for all your assistance.

The customer service at Capital Chevrolet was outstanding. My financial status was less than favorable. Mr. Mitchell and Matt Geddings were outstanding in helping me get the vehicle of my choice. My husband plans to purchase a car in the next six months at Capital Chevrolet..

Great service!

Brian is always very helpful and keeps me in the loop when my car is in the shop. I most recently went in for an oil change, but have been in the past to have a recall fixed. They are wonderful! They offered me a ride to work and even called a rental service for me. I will definitely go back to Capital Chevrolet.

Chevy Silverado Schedules Service

I scheduled routine maintenance on my 2012 Silverado. The appointment was timely and the service took a minimal amount of time. Brian (my service writer) is always very professional and helpful. The pricing is very close to some of the local "quick service" shops. I don't worry about the experience level of the technicians at this facility. They are top notch. All of my service work on 3 vehicles is performed at this location.

This was truly a great purchase experience. I had done...

This was truly a great purchase experience. I had done research on line including pricing information on the GM website and other sites so I felt I was prepared for dealing with the sales staff. I had also prearranged financing for the vehicle purchase with my credit union. The sales staff were excellent. Roger was very easy to deal with. I never felt any sales pressure being placed on me. In fact Roger went thru all of the potential rebates availabe. I already had my credit union pricing, credit card rebate, owner loyalty rebate information so I felt I had it all. Roger identifed my COSTCO rebate also saving me an additional $500. After getting the appraisal on my car, we were quite close on the price I had anticipated. In fact, I had arranged pre approval for the price. The sales staff reduced the price quoted to match that amount. When I got to the closing, Matt asked if he could arrange financing. I told him I already had a 2.99% 72 month approval from the credit union and did not anticpate he could beat that. Ten minutes latter, he got me a signficantly lower rate. We also discussed the need for extended service contract and while I did not intend to purchase with the finance savings he generated I was able to purchase the extended warranty and still have my new car payments match my old car. I walked out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted and payments my wife wanted. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had no intentions of buying a car when we went in to...

We had no intentions of buying a car when we went in to Capital Chevrolet. Fione Williams lead us through the whole process and was very patient as we changed our mind about which vehicle we wanted about 3 times. He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you are wanting to purchase a new Chevrolet.
