Easiest car purchase ever!

James Smith made our purchase process extremely easy. He ordered the exact vehicle that I wanted and sent me text messages to let me know how the process was going. My husband and I have dealt with other dealerships before and the process was horrible and we never wanted to buy a new vehicle again, but the process with James Smith at Chuck Stevens was very easy. Thank you again James for a great buying experience, from a very thankful military wife.

Nice and Easy

The sales personel were quite helpful and understood that I was VEHICLE shopping. They showed and let me test driver SEVERAL models and makes so that I could compair features,ride and performance as well as to assist me in the price range I was looking to stay in.

Rip-off

Was offered acceptable price for car but was nowhere near trade in value that Kelley Blue Book stated. Dealer stated Kelley was not a valid source of trade in value for vehicles.

Great Experience

I recently purchased a car from this company. I must say it was one of the best car buying experience i have ever been apart of. Everyone there was truly nice and not just pretending to get a sale like you see at most dealerships. They never once tried to present me with a car that i didn't want nor ask for like ALL of my other previous dealership visits. Over all the seller (Rodney) listened to what i wanted and he did a very good job communicating what i needed in order to purchase the vehicle. I think these are great people at a great business and i will be buying from them again.

Just purchased a 2005 Maxima from Chuck Stevens, It was not a really expensive car, I wanted to just spend my tax refund. I dealt primarily with the internet dept. Chris, the internet manager, and the rest of the staff made my buying experience awesome. I would recommend shopping Chuck Stevens Internet to everyone. It was painless and an easy process.
