The absolute worst service I have ever experienced.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Have had 3 appointments scheduled with them confirming the appointment date and time and my vehicle has yet to be serviced! No explanation why other jobs were done before the scheduled jobs! What is even worse is that we purchased five vehicles from them between 2019 and 2022 when they were still Southern Chevrolet of Foley. Since ownership change to Sandy Sansing the service department is past being classified as incompetent.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here (oil changes, etc)

Do not get your vehicle serviced here (oil changes, etc) if you do not have at minimum 2 hours. Appointments, they just get your vehicle in, but doesn’t mean they get worked on. I have been going here because of the convenience and I bought my vehicle new at this location, but they take in too many vehicles for the number of people able to work on them!!

Service area was nice clean friendly personnel got me in

Service area was nice clean friendly personnel got me in got me serviced and taken care of. But had tires rotated. Service tech did not put air in the back tires left the full tire pressure in the front from the rear so all messed up would’ve been a five for five but stuff like that just irritates me.
