This is our fourth Lexus so I have had the pleasure of using the service department at Lexus of Mobile for years. This past 15,000 mile service was thorough and completed much quicker than anticipated. It is also a perk to arrange a loaner to explore Mobile while the car is attended.

Arrived without an appointment due to an emergency and

Arrived without an appointment due to an emergency and they worked me right in. The problem was properly diagnosed and fortunately they had the parts to resolve it.

Took our LC and RX to get servicing on different days.

Took our LC and RX to get servicing on different days. Great service as usual. I didn’t get a loaner for the RX but they gave me one for the other service. They were moving to a new appt system but now loaners are easily scheduled online. Thanks to Michael and Liz.

Disappointed!

Disappointed! Over 6 hours for an inspection! While My car was there, it was hit in the parking lot but it should not have been there anyway because I was not there to get it. My car was filthy and DAMAGED once I drove an hour to get it! Spoke to the sales manager Brandon Williams. He said he would call me with an explanation. He did not. I have been going for years…not sure if I will return. Ernie is great though.

I bought my car from Lexus of Mobile in 2017 and have had it serviced there ever since. They always do a superb job-efficient, timely, knowledgeable and kind. Dexter is a gentleman who takes excellent care of his customers. He is always welcoming, walks you to your loaner, gives simple instructions on using your car, makes helpful suggestions and is an all around nice guy. I always enjoy visiting there.
