Took my truck in for a noise coming from the front of my truck when turning to the right. They kept my truck for 2 days. Even had me come back and ride with a guy to make sure we were hearing the same noise. Called me the next day and said the noise was coming from the brakes. And wanted to charge me $1300 to change front pads and rotors. Turned it down and brought it home to change myself. The parts. Were $330 dollars. So $900 labor for something that takes less than 2 hours to do. When I get my wheels off I notice nothing wrong with pads or rotors. No rouges in rotors and over have the meat left on pads. Called the service manager the next day and was told it wasn't a wear issue but they didn't actually know what was making the brakes make the noise. I personally think they should actually try to find the true problem instead of just telling me I needed a hugely over priced and unneeded brake job. Can understand why the place has only a 2.9 rating. Won't be using this crooked place again. Would rather drive a little distance just to avoid them.

The dealership would not go below sticker price on the vehicle we were interested in. They also asked for a $650 non-negotiable docking fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went in for the white Honda accord hybrid priced at

I went in for the white Honda accord hybrid priced at $16,000. (Very top price range for KBB) Told me they had the car 84 days and had to start paying interest on the vehicle but would not budge on a dollar on a 5 year old car with accident reports. Was told he wasn’t very friendly going into it but another salesman and he was proven right. Greg didn’t even accompany us to the vehicle we had to look it over alone and test drive it alone, I thought the point was to sell me the car not be a cashier? Nonetheless, after test driving the vehicle I was then offered to look at another accord on their lot but he didn’t even bother to get the keys for me to test drive or even look around inside. Once we talked numbers he didn’t budge a dime then tried to sell me the car I didn’t come in for without even bothering to find the keys first. Conclusion: I will never even look at this lots inventory in the future and would advise anybody and everyone to do the same.

I am in the market for a used Dodge Charger R/T, and they

I am in the market for a used Dodge Charger R/T, and they have a beautiful one in stock at this dealer. The only issue: They want 75% of the new value on the FIVE YEAR OLD used car that they've had over 70 days. Even giving the benefit of appraising a car at 60% its new value with Covid pricing, their $30,000 5 year old used car should be around $24,500 at MOST, and it's been involved in a couple of accidents, so it SHOULD be more like $22,500 at most. The salesman I spoke with, Greg Pennington, was very condescending when I asked if there was a better out the door price they could quote, and told me he "didn't need to do the math", he has his book value (which is trumped up and inflated anyway), and that they wouldn't budge from that price, non-negotiable. I was ready to make a purchase, but nope, not from them, then. As the consumer, it's our job to hold price gouging dealers like this responsible, and vote with our dollar. Just saying, this dealership is delusional in their pricing, and it seems that I've dodged a bullet by not buying from them; I would encourage others to do the same.

I thought they were very easy to deal with & didn't

I thought they were very easy to deal with & didn't bombard me with calls & emails like other dealers were doing. I was up front with what I wanted & my budget & they didn't try to get me to spend more than I was comfortable with. Buying a used car can be scary but if everything continues to move in such a positive direction I will be happy to do business with them again in the future.

if it wasn’t for him I would give the dealership 10

if it wasn’t for him I would give the dealership 10 negative starts. He put up with me for the last 3 months and remained professional even when I lost my cool. I had my car towed to the shop March 13th and just got it back 2 June. They screwed around for 3 months. It took them 5 weeks to even get it in to do a diagnosis then once they dragged it in the shop it took them another 2 weeks to get a technician to complete the diagnosis. Part was ordered and showed up within a week and sat in the car until 2 weeks ago when they finally got around to installing the part. I contacted the service manager and he gave me a sob story about how the hey are short staffed when every business is short staffed. I never got anything saying the work was complete i just happens to make my weekly phone call to check up on my car. I found out it had been completed and was sitting waiting for me. I was advised they would not release the car to me until the warranty company sent their money to the dealership. So another week went on and i had to do Gary Mathew’s legwork for them and call the warranty company. King story short the warranty company had already sent them the instructions on how to submit the invoice and it was ignored. I then contacted Gary Mathew’s and a different person helped me and told me all they needed was my signature and then they would submit it he invoice. So I went down to pick up my car and what so you know the key fob transmitter they replaced wasn’t programmed correctly so I had to leave it there again. I would never recommend Gary Mathew’s to anyone. Absolute worst service department and I hope Mr. Mathew’s does something to fix this issue so one else looses their car for 3 months.

The worst dealership experience I have ever experienced.

The worst dealership experience I have ever experienced. Lied to by service department and Landon Matthews himself. Don't be fooled by the southern charm B.S and the double talk. They could care less about customer service or customer retention. I hope their bottom line is affected but probably not because they only care about numbers and I'm just 1. They have no clue how to service a customer they screwed over.
