Bought a truck there had problems the first day they started throwing parts at it never stood behind there word I’d never buy anything from there again!!!!

CHALLENGER RT HAPPY!!!!

I decided I wanted a brand new Dodge Challenger I again asked for Sam Morris!! He is outstanding at his job and will work his butt off for you!! He got me a brand new 21 Dodge Challenger RT!! No hassle and easy to work with!! Recommend him!!!!!

Took my car down to be diagnosed because we've been chasing a problem in circles. We told the service advisor multiple times everything we had already done and the problem always seem to come back. The mechanic refused to listen he basically went in the same big circle we just did to come back and tell us the same thing we had already figured out. The advisor and the service manager refused to keep in contact to the point we had to call the dealership screaming just to get some answers only for them to say take the car we don't want it. Don't even get me started on the lady that thought she was big and bad on the other end of a phone. We can square up anytime! Basically do yourself a favor and take it to a local mechanic. Stay away from these night school drop outs that are to stupid to change their own oil

The absolute worst automobile dealership we have ever...

The absolute worst automobile dealership we have ever worked with. My family had just relocated to the Clarksville area and we were interested in a jeep Rubicon (2020) on their lot, put down earnest money, but found a 2021 model elsewhere which was cheaper than what they were asking and so we purchased there. Gary Matthew's were not willing to give back our deposit or let us put the money towards jeep merchandise. Better yet, the salesperson we were working with did not return my call when Iasked if we could put the money towards jeep merchandise, I had to call the salesperson numeous times and even better I saw the individual in a local Publix shopping store on several aisles and they didn't acknowledge me even when I tried to speak just because. My advice to potential customers is please check the surrounding areas if interested in a Jeep before going here.

Dishonest dealership. Looking for a Ram TRX. Price was 15k over MSRP. Inquired about the truck and the eprice came back at MSRP. Made an appointment to make a deal and the salesman was 8 minutes late. When I showed him the eprice in the email he said it was a glitch and told me to make an offer over MSRP. Walked out and I wouldn’t buy a matchbox car from Gary Mathews!

Excellent service

Great customer service, very friendly salesmen. They made the buying process quick and easy. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them it was definitely worth the drive from Indiana.

Alright so it's easiest to start this story here and then...

Alright so it's easiest to start this story here and then post it to other review sites as I go (thank the gods for long drives and time to kill) So before we moved Kyles truck started having issues with school and the move we chose to take it to Gary Mathews Motors after a few months of back and forth with the engine place we were finally told 3 weeks ago the engine would be in and it would be done by end of week... As the end of the week approached we called and were told they ran into an issue and have to get a part so next week, ok fine then they ordered the wrong thing so we were told the next week (this past weekend) after work we get on the road and begin the 5.5 hour drive we call as we get started and we're told nope it's not going to be done Friday but FOR SURE Monday... ok we're irritated but we adjust so I take a day off work we make the drive Sunday after I get off work. Monday afternoon we walk into the shop and the engine isn't even in the truck and the service guy at the desk laughs when we ask is that truck going to be done today and says no maybe tomorrow. At this point we're livid because 3 weeks of us having to call for updates and being left in the dark. After we talk to the man in charge of services they send a shuttle down for the addtl prt they needed now and have a tech work over to ensure it's done Tuesday. Finally Tuesday 3 pm we have our truck back in our possession! You would think this is where the story ends but of course it doesn't... We look over the truck and the driver side headlight it scratched incredibly bad so we show them and they tell us oh those are after market it's heat damage (pictured is the light) heat damage would not put external gouges in a headlight and when you wipe it you wouldn't feel fiberglass shards. Then they have their "light specialist" come look and he says oh that's heat or chemical damage and I explained exactly what I stated above. He walks away pst my brother and says "that fat xxxxx needs to shut her mouth" while the owner of Gary Mathews SON laughs at this statement. This whole ordeal has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress to our family and then to top it off the blatant disrespect from someone who works with/for Gary Mathews. I'm sorry for the long read but I beg of you if you got this far please spread the word to other families especially Military families to take their business elsewhere unless you want your wives or daughters disrespected as I was today. There's been no communication since all of this occurred so there for I am taking it to social media platforms to ensure the word is spread on the experience that we had.

Good morning, sad to say that on most occasions I don’t even bother to leave a negative review but today I feel it’s important to make others aware of this. I purchased a $170 navigation update for my husbands Dodge Ram and in order for me to use the software I have to download the most updated Uconnect version, I called the dealership to do the update on our truck and Mr Ryan says that if they do the update there is a big chance that our radio won’t work afterwards and I would have to buy a new one. I called another dealership and was told there was no such thing probably they just didn’t want to do the update for me :( very very disappointed if indeed that was the case. Will definite reconsider taking our truck there for service if they would lie about something soo insignificant
