Bought a brand new vehicle a Lincoln they talk about service . Can't even get it fixed after the screen went blank and have no way to control vehicle and have no appointments for 2 weeks to fix and no rental.

Being a widow, I was respected & talked to in a professional manner. My sales person, Mr. Kirk Williams was very patient & kind in trying to help me with trading my car & purchasing a 2024 Bronco, which I am truly pleased. Mr. Williams took his time in explaining all the features on my Bronco. He even offered me something to drink. The person who took care of the paperwork was very thoughtful & kind also.

Throughout the years we have become like family with all the great people at Jenkins and Wynne.. Shawn Allen you are so knowledgeable and super awesome, thank you for your patience with us...we are enjoying our brand new Ford F250... I would recommend Jenkins and Wynne to anyone to who is looking for a great deal...and honesty and really put themselves out there to please...we should know we have traded with them for the past 20+ years..you can't ask for better sales and service..who treat you like a person and not a deal! The will make feel right at home. Thank you to all of you who was so kind and made it a pleasurable experience...you guys are awesome!!!!!

WARNING DO NOT BUY or HAVE A VEHICLE SERVICED HERE
Warning!!! Do not buy or have a vehicle serviced at Jenkins and Wynne Ford or Honda. My wife has had multiple issues with their Honda service department as I have had with their Ford service department with my new van. They have now damaged both of our vehicles where they had to go to the body shop and my van only had 7,000 miles on it. I don’t know if it is total incompetence, carelessness or just don’t give a xxxx or a combination of all three. I cut these comments down from three pages to this. Bottom line is my wife or I will never step foot in a Jenkins and Wynne dealership again. I have since bought a new 2019 truck from another dealership and I am getting ready to buy my wife a new Honda and it dam sure want be Jenkins and Wynne Honda.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT
What a terrible experience !!!! This place is only looking to make a profit they don't care about you! I will never bring a vehicle back here. They service advisors are rude, they lie and get smart with you when you ask for the service manager ! Tried to tell me I need $600 of work done to take my vehicle. And if I wanted my vehicle back it would have no oil in it because they did work I didn't authorize. I then argued with the guy and not wanting to have it towed authorize the work however the service tech just kept telling me well the service manager knows already I told her etc. I went there and of course the service manager is busy. This place looks nice but that's about it. They want your money and for you to piss off . They act like they care but really they don't. They also tried to force me to sign some additional paperwork. I just wanted a oil change and tire rotation. All I got was a huge headache. Don't bother with their prices they will always add on more or charge you for something they didn't do! I'll never buy another Honda ! Want a honest service department go to Pennyrile Ford in Hopkinsville KY it's worth the drive.

Smooth as can be!
Work done at collision center. Right Side pannels minor damage due to an accident. Repair excellently done. We are completely satisfied and would definately recommend the Colision Center to others.
