Out of state passing through, needed oil and fuel filter change. Service writer and ALL staff were friendly and inviting. I wish I lived closer.

It was okay. I pulled right in, there no other customers waiting but there was no customer service representative to be found. I waited several minutes for one show up. Not my usual experience and not what I had expected.

Got recall for changing rear fuel feed pipe. They did within 2 hr . Very nice person who working over here. Love this place .

Very good as usual, first time on entering the service I had to go to someone for help rather than having someone meet me at my truck. Seemed like I was an after thought rather than a valued customer.

Brought in for a routine oil change and they noticed that my battery was not serviceable. I had them replace it. .. . . .

We were gone for 3+ years and recently moved back. The new facility is awesome. All of the staff were knowledgeable and professional. As always we received top-notch service at Jenkins and Wynne.

I usually get get service and don't have to wait too long. This time it took 3 hours even though I had an appointment with no explanation why it took so long. Also my car was returned to me with oil and foot prints all over my driver's side car mat.

I had a very pleasurable experience at Jenkins and Wynne. The sales team were very knowledgeable on the vehicles and very approachable. They created a car buying experience where I felt comfortable, confident and never pressured into a decision.
