Great Service

ZERO DOWN ZERO INTEREST ZERO MILES ZERO HASSLES NEW FORD FOCUS ST!!!!!! THANKS SHAUN, GERALD, ROCKY, MRS. KIM, AARON, and BRANDON...you guys rock!!! This is a great team, I took in a trade and spoke with Shaun and Gerald. They arranged a car for me to drive for the weekend with no pressure of buying. I test drove it and decided I wanted a Focus ST, which at the time they did not have any used. But dealing with the new car team, Rocky, Mrs. Kim, and Aaron and Brandon were all a great team, they take the time to talk to you for a few minutes and do a great job of getting you into a vehicle. Overall the experience took me about 6 hours to complete and I'm never in a hurry when making a decision on something I'll have to pay on for years. but I know this is different for everyone. The biggest thing is the consistency between the teams. Everyone is on the same page and that is making sure the customer has a great car buying experience.

Best Honda Service Dept!

Blew out a tire on my recently purchased tires from them. After I got the spare on I called them and they told me to bring it in right away. When I got there I saw Jessica (she is the best) and she had already checked to make sure they had one in stock. I was in and out within 45 minutes and that was with a car wash! Jessica handled all the warranty info for me (didn't cost me anything) and they even put all the spare, jack, and wrench back where it goes. Love, love, love this service department!

Excellent Treatment

I have been dealing with Jenkins & Wynne for several years. They sales staff is Great and make purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. Finance dept is the best I've ever worked with. They put you first and strive to take care of your needs.

Awesome experience

We decided that we did not wont to keep our new 2014 escape after 6 months. We were offered a fair deal on our trade and left with a navigator. Thanks to Mike and Robert for spending the necessary time with us.
