Charles is great to deal with.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. Our salesman was Charles, who was excellent. They are a typical dealership that didn’t cut to the chase at first, however everything turned out fine. We will do business there again in the future at this point in time.

Wonderful people, wonderful experience

Not only was every staff member kind and patient with my circumstance, my salesman, Jordan Kelley, put forth his best effort to find me the right car. He was knowledgeable about the product, clear and honest with his answers, and kind. The dealership and its staff went above and beyond, and helped me find an incredible car with a price I could actually afford. The workers genuinely care about your well being and your financial circumstances.

EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A LINCOLN

The people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the people who helped getting a deal so I could get a new vehicle. James Debrow has an outstanding personality and I have recommended to a friend at work to come and talk with him when she is ready to buy a new car. I got a session on how to use the equipment on the car along with paring my phone he was super nice as well.

New Car Sale

Our salesman, Matt Lowery, was excellent. He was thorough, knew his product well, and was very clear in answering our questions. He also stayed late to see us off at closing to be sure we understood the operation of the vehicle, Very professional and gracious. The same applies to the business manager, Mike Sutherland (?). Very patient and helpful;.

Excellent Service!

Ray Taylor and Ford Franklin were great to work with from the very start. Not pushy and true to his word on our deal. Very easy to work with and we were in and out in just a couple of hours. Made the whole process easy and pleasant. Would buy from him again.

Great buying experience

5 stars for an awesome experience. I am almost 50 years old and I have never been to such a friendly deslership. Ryan Foster, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to purchase. Kudos to the whole staff for their hard work to get me the truck I wanted.
