Absolutely Fantastic

Ok folks I can not say enough good things about the car purchasing experience my husband and I had at Ford Lincoln of Frankline. No pressure, extremely considerate, and very professional. Every person we encountered had a smile and seemed genuinely dedicated to making the experience a very positive one. Phil Staggs our salesperson was top notch. He and the entire team were fantastic. If you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln you will be very happy with this group of professionals!!! Most importantly, I Love, Love, Love my MKZ!!!!!!!!

Bad Overall experience

The process of buying a Ford Fuson was the worse I have ever experience. First of all, it was not the staff but the process of finding the car and getting all the news that my car had been found and would be at the dealership in a couple days. I was told that the car was "available" which in fact it was not. I was asked to turn in my car and I was supplied with a loaner truck. This was very nice. However two days later I was told that the car I was to receive was not available. The salesman offered me another car which I did not want and when they still could not located me another car of my choice, they said that I could order one like I wanted except after waiting over an hour, the person that orders cars had the salesman to tell me that I could no longer order the 2016 model. I asked about ordering the 2017 model and again the salesman had no information on the 2017 models, and did not know what the exterior colors would be for the new year and did not know what date I could start to order a new 2017 model. Also since the dealership had had my car for the last five days, they had thrown away my floor mats even though the deal was not final. Therefore when I came to pick up my car I had to ask for two new screws to put my tag back on and discovered that I no longer had floor mats. To the dealerships credit they offered to pay for new car mats. Overall, I felt that the people were great and helpful, the the rush to sale was a very poor process. Therefore, my wife and I have very missed feelings toward this dealership.

A + facitity

I was looking to purchase a new truck for a week with Ford of Franklin and I had spoken with TWO other sales reps but when I came in Saturday i was meet at the front desk and taken care of. My salesman took me out to the lot to find what I wanted and once I found a couple I was able to park them side by side to compare them. After I found what I wanted the sales staff was able to work with and I purchased a new truck.

I had a very good experience dealing with Mr. Patrick Carlson he was attentive upfront but most of all genuine in my purchase experience I drove 300 miles from Atlanta to purchase a pre owned vehicle which was a amazing luxury vehicle which was 2500 under Kelley Blue Book value. I recommend Mr. Carlson and the Ford Lincoln of Franklin in Murfreesboro Tennessee.

Amazing

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We found the car on the Internet and it was priced right. We made an inquiry. Anthony got back to us quickly so we went to the dealership, this is where our experience was elevated. Everyone there was great.

Easy, attentive buying experience

Worked with Phil Staggs to purchase a new Ford Fusion. Phil and the whole team were kind, attentive, and easy to work with. As I waited on paperwork, I was asked more times than I could count if I needed anything or if I had been helped. Everyone greeted me with a handshake and a friendly, professional demeanor.
