Pleasant to work with.

Pleasant to work with. Took care of the oil change and the alert and fixed the problem. Got me in quickly. Also scheduled me for a needed repair for next week.

Very Professional service & very polite employees.

Very Professional service & very polite employees. The gentleman at the service desk gave me information about the service that was helpful & asked me if I had any questions. They were also very prompt in getting my car serviced.

Per my extend extended warranty, I have got to do

Per my extend extended warranty, I have got to do maintenance at certain intervals. Ford of Murfreesboro, and especially Jay in the service department have been instrumental in making sure that I?m able to get my vehicle in, serviced in a timely manner, and back on the road in a quick and efficient manner. Cannot say enough good things about these guys! Jay is on top of it, sending me text messages and voicemails as to the status and updates on my vehicle. You know where you?re at at every step of the process. These guys really do set the standard. Have been to several local Ford dealerships, and can say I?ve not had the same level of service. If you are in the market, for sales or SERVICE, Ford Murfreesboro is it! Ask for Jay, he is the best service advisor out there!

This location is very good with customers, we bought two

This location is very good with customers, we bought two cars from this location, from sale manager down to sales lady both are great in helping my family. The only feedback, in terms facility, is pricing a Ford Dealership Pen ?? for purchase token of remembrance, especially the signing process, also the green tea bags were running out

These guys got right on my problem.

These guys got right on my problem. They understood my time constraints and fixed it quick!still covered by warranty so I had no cost.
