Owen Walters at Ford of Murfreesboro is the best sales

Owen Walters at Ford of Murfreesboro is the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He was not pushy, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I haven?t bought a new vehicle for myself in about 7 years, which not having a car payment for so long has been nice. Owen sensed my disappointment of having to go through the car buying process, as my 2018 F150 crapped the bed. So, as I struggled with making a decision on what to buy or even where to start, Owen asked sensible questions that were very relevant to me having to purchase a new car. What do I do for work? Do I have small children or kids that are still under the age of 16? When we go on vacation, do we usually drive my truck or my wife?s SUV? Do I NEED a diesel for the towing power or will gas be sufficient for what I use a truck for? I?m mostly driving on the highway and I?m always in the truck by myself or occasionally with only my wife. So, I decided to get a single cab supercharged f150. Thanks Owen for your help on making, what I feel was the better choice financially and midlife crisis wise! #whipplecharged

Ford of Murfreesboro has been very good to us on our Mustang GT purchase. Owen Walter is a Great Salesman, Very Honest and upfront. The Service department team is fantastic. The window tinting and door edge guards i had them put on were perfect.

Tanner Meno is wonderful to work with. Even when I can?t explain what the vehicle is doing he does his best to decipher what the issue could be in order to resolve and get the vehicle repaired.

Oil change was good but the mobile service does not

Oil change was good but the mobile service does not rotate tires correctly and what justifies $30 to change a cabin air filter on top of $40 for the filter I can honestly say this will be the last time I use ford service for standard service

Repair went fine.

Repair went fine. It was a warranty repair (and confirmed under warranty by Ford/warranty company) but the service advisor failed to mention any additional cost so I was very shocked to when he asked how I would be paying. Not too thrilled to shell out $110 out of the blue. They also failed to lineup a loaner car for when I was originally dropping my vehicle off. Over a day later when I was finally provided one my truck wasn't even being worked on so why did I need to drop it off so soon? Finally they failed to give me any type of timeline and when they finally did give a half assed one it wasn't even right.
