Above and Beyond

My baby girl was sick, but I had an appointment to get my car serviced. They drove me home after I dropped my car off. They called that evening to check on my daughter and to see if they could deliver my car to me and I just pay over the phone. I was blown away by their customer service.

Service & New Tires

I had a regular service and new tires put on my car. The work was finished in a very timely manner with very professional people. I was not surprised or over charge by the price. I was told up front what the cost would be and that was exactly what i paid. My car was completed in that same day. On another day I also had them look at the heater on my car and they found the problem which was human error on my part. I plan on buying two more new tires from them in the near future and would recommend any one to take their car in for repairs.

A 12 Maintenance

They were ready when I drove up for my appointment, greeted me by name, and I was gone in 45 minutes, nice waiting area with free beverages

Wonderful Service

Stephen Hailey was so fantastic. He was not pushy at all and helped me find the perfect SUV that got my needs and my budget. I trust him so much I would send my grandmother to him to find a new car.... and I did and he was just as helpful. Everyone was super friendly and very fair.

Service Center

Over the years I have had experiences with several Service Centers at other dealers, (not Honda) and find that the service I receive at Honda of Cleveland surpasses them all. William Oltz, Mark Duncan, and Roger Russell are the three I have encountered and find them to be knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Coming into this dealership for service is never a daunting experience.

Your service department is the best around. Please don't spoil the experience by wanting your customers to write a book on their performance. I have driven Honda Accords for a lot of years and your service department is why I bought the last one from them.

Awesome Service

Steven Hailey was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient and was not pushy at all. He genuinely wanted to make sure I brought the best car that fit my needs. The managers at the dealership was also incredibly nice and made a very reasonable offer on my trade in. I absolutely love my new Honda CRV!

Excellent experience

I brought my Honda Fit to Honda of Cleveland as it was under recall for an problem with the airbag. Mark Duncan, Roger Russell, and William Oltz were professional and friendly and the airbag was replaced quickly. We drove from quite a distance away, so were very grateful for the friendly reception and how we were made comfortable during our weight. I was particularly thrilled that the staff are so dog friendly and most warmly welcomed my service dog as well.
