I had an outstanding experience this week at Toyota of Cleveland. I worked with Alfred in sales, and he was truly phenomenal—his personality and approach were exactly what you hope for in a great salesman. He was knowledgeable, genuine, and never pushy. Alfred worked closely with Justice in the finance department, who went above and beyond to secure what genuinely felt like the deal of a lifetime. In today’s market, where prices are high and flexibility is rare, they met every need I had with zero pushback, which I greatly appreciated. Making a large financial decision can be stressful, but the entire team made the process enjoyable. While finalizing my paperwork, I was met with the friendliest group of people who made everything smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning to work with these folks again and highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland, specifically Alfred and Justice, to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free car-buying experience.

Every person I encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere where salespeople interacted easily with one another and with customers. There was absolutely no pressure to buy—only thoughtful questions aimed at helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. My salesperson, Terry Moore, made the entire process comfortable and transparent, and Taylor Alton somehow managed to make signing all the paperwork far less stressful than expected. A special shout-out to Shane, Tyler, Matt, and others who greeted me, offered water or soda, and made sure I found the perfect car. Great vibes and excellent service all around!
