We came in not really knowing what we wanted. Ramon Torres is awesome. He didn’t pressure us at all and helped us find the perfect vehicle at a great price. I’m absolutely in love with my new Bronco Sport! Ramon was able to answer all our questions, no matter how crazy (the waving hand button 😂). I swore I would never own a Ford. I took pride in being a Chevy girl, but I cannot wait to drive the new Bronco (mini) to work. I do not hesitate to recommend that you go see Ramon!

From the beginning, this transaction was handled
From the beginning, this transaction was handled poorly. I strongly believe I was underpaid for my vehicle. After clearly explaining that both my wife and I were on the loan, Gary called me back approximately five minutes after we had already left the dealership, forcing us to turn around and return to sign additional paperwork that should have been addressed properly the first time. To make matters worse, we were provided with zero documentation detailing the transaction. No breakdown, no written confirmation, nothing. That is completely unacceptable. We were explicitly told that the payoff would be overnighted on Monday. When I followed up today (Wednesday), I was informed that it was just being sent out today and would go out tomorrow (Thursday). That is a direct contradiction of what we were promised. This delay now pushes everything back at least another week, including receiving the title and the remaining check owed to me. When I contacted the title department at Marshall Mize Ford, the situation was treated as if it were no big deal. I was told the paperwork could not be sent because someone couldn’t read handwriting. That explanation is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of urgency or accountability. This entire experience reflects extremely poor customer service. Between feeling underpaid, receiving no documentation, being misinformed about payoff timelines, and encountering careless communication from the title department, this has reinforced exactly why so many people distrust the car industry. Dear Mr. Morgan, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. When you visited Marshal Mize Ford to sell your vehicle, you requested a specific purchase amount. We agreed to that amount without negotiation and completed the purchase exactly as requested. Shortly after you left, we realized that both owners listed on the loan needed to sign the required paperwork. We immediately contacted you so that the documents could be completed properly and in compliance with lender and title requirements. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to return briefly to finish that paperwork. Regarding the payoff and equity process: because there was an outstanding loan on the vehicle, our standard procedure is to send payoff funds to the lender and wait until we receive a clear title before issuing any equity payment. This protects both the customer and the dealership from title or lien complications. You were advised that this process typically takes about 7–10 days depending on lender processing times. Even though we had not yet received the title, we issued your equity check early as a goodwill gesture to help you, which is outside of our normal procedure. We understand your concerns about communication and apologize if any follow-up did not meet your expectations. We have confirmed that the payoff has been processed, and all required documentation is available to you upon request. Our management team remains available if you would like to review any details together. At this time, we believe we have fulfilled all obligations of the transaction by: • Paying the exact amount you requested for your vehicle • Processing the payoff to your lender • Providing your equity funds early as a courtesy No further action is required, but we are always happy to speak directly if you have additional questions.
