My agent, Brad Doty, took the time to explain the details about the car we ended up buying, expedited everything possible to make the purchase smooth and easy, helped with my ailing husband, and even welcomed our dog! He even moved everything from our old car to our new one. The financial team helped make payment easy. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone was kind and helpful. We came in not really knowing what we wanted. Ramon Torres is awesome. He didn’t pressure us at all and helped us find the perfect vehicle at a great price. I’m absolutely in love with my new Bronco Sport! Ramon was able to answer all our questions, no matter how crazy (the waving hand button 😂). I swore I would never own a Ford. I took pride in being a Chevy girl, but I cannot wait to drive the new Bronco (mini) to work. I do not hesitate to recommend that you go see Ramon!
