I have a Escape every time I back the brakes sound
I have a Escape every time I back the brakes sound terrible it is embarrassment they told me that there is. Nothing they can do. Also I have a door on the driver side that want hardly open. I would like to talk to the owner to find out what is going to happen next

Purchase went very well however, the day after I took possession of the vehicle, I was notified of a service bulletin that required a 2 day service call. Shouldn't recalls and service bulletins be completed prior to the customer taking possession. I didn't appreciate not receiving an owner's manual or a spare tire. I was only told these wouldn't be provided after the sale had been agreed upon.

I made an appointment for oil change and Recall (software update). When I arrived, I was told that the appointment was a time to arrive, and get in line. What's the value of an appointment if you still just get in line? Like making a reservation at a restaurant, and being given a beeper and told the wait would be 2 hours. Despite that, the service department hustled up the work, and I was out quicker than the original estimate. Thanks very much.
