They have always been extremely kind and work well with my wants. They are extremely friendly. This is at least the fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership. We will continue to be a customer of Marshal Mize.

Brad was super easy to work with. He was super responsive to every inquiry and very patient with my multiple questions. He went out of the way to meet my needs. Can’t recommend him and the dealership enough! Even being two hours away I’ll check with them to see if they have the vehicle I’m looking for first.

I drove 2 hours to view and hopefully purchase a 2024 Ford Explorer ST. The Explorer was as described and the salesman, Brad Doty was easy to work with without high sales pressure . This was one of the easiest experiences with a dealership I've ever had. Thank you, Don H.

I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger at Marshal Mize Ford. I had a very good customer experience. The sales associate Paul Hubert was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the vehicle purchase.

George was a pleasure to work with. We didn’t feel pressed to buy anything we didn’t need and his knowledge of the Ford products was great! He and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional.

The salespeople we dealt with were all very knowledgeable on the vehicles we asked about, They were very courteous, understanding and gave us our space, not pushy at all. We were probably not the easiest customer's, as it took us 3 days and 7 different dealerships to make our choice at Marshal Mize. 100% satisfied with the purchase experience.

Amazing experience beginning to end. Not pressured at all - Lindsey Ford was amazing and walked us through the process beginning til end. The whole staff was amazing and professional- and went above and beyond to put us in the vehicle we wanted!

I brought my wife to buy her a car they didn't approve her until I added myself with a trade in we was required to have full coverage so I canceled the insurance switched to the new vehicle it was a embarrassment they took the car back next day after showing all my friends and family threat to repossess the car back if I didn't bring it after spending $3914 down because my employer check stub wasn't legit to them which should have been verified before we left the dealer and they said that they will approve her for a car she can finance for herself and the car drove ruff when we test drive it 2014 Chevy equinox had been hot boxed in with cigarettes for a while smelled really strong and we told them we didn't like it and they start to find us a new vehicle but she wanted to try a new co signing they said they didn't think it will work with my dad either or didn't even try because he had reported more income than I did so it could've probably been discrimination because my wife white and we are black And they blacklisted me said I can't attempt to buy another car there again and we just wanted our money back and they said they will have to charge us $200 for the car they gave us smelled like weed and we never smoked in there one time because we was careful and wanted to take care of our new car and I ask them if I can get a police there with a K9 to check the car for weed and then they said I can get my entire refund back before they tried taking my money because they didn't need police there and was telling me they can't sell the car like that it will need a detailed but they was gone sell us someone cheap smoked out car that smelled like cigarettes and had it all stuck in the ceilings Staff also was making fun of customer car when there was a conversation about cars previously wrecked and fixed after and I was saying know one will know I wouldn't care about that and staff words was " yes I know that like the one you have parked outside" and said the car we didn't want is better than the one you are driving "

We take all feedback seriously, but we will not allow a public review to misrepresent what actually occurred and the seriousness of the accusation. This transaction was not declined by our dealership—it was declined by the lending institution after multiple failed verification attempts. On the initial submission, the lender was unable to verify active employment. On a second attempt, the documentation provided to support income was determined to be invalid/fake and could not be verified. At that point, the lender made the decision to decline the application and restrict further approvals. As a licensed dealership, we are legally required to provide truthful, verifiable information to lenders. We cannot—and will not—submit or support documentation that cannot be validated. Doing so would be a direct violation of lending regulations and could carry serious legal consequences, including jailtime. This is not a matter of opinion or discretion—it is compliance with state and federal law. Because of these issues, the lender—not our dealership—made the decision to move forward with a decline and cease further consideration. Once that occurs, there is no ability for us to override or “push a deal through.” Regarding the vehicle: when it was returned, it required extensive odor remediation before it could be resold, which is standard procedure in situations where a vehicle is brought back in a condition that materially affects its resale. This was addressed with you directly. We also want to be absolutely clear regarding the accusation of discrimination: this claim is completely false and irresponsible. Financing decisions are made exclusively by third-party lenders based on verified credit and income qualifications—nothing else. Suggesting otherwise ignores the documented reasons for the lender’s decision. Throughout this process, our team made multiple attempts to find a path forward, including exploring alternative options. Unfortunately, when required information cannot be verified and a lender formally declines and restricts the application, there is no viable solution to offer. We understand that this was not the outcome you wanted. However, the result was driven entirely by lender requirements and the inability to validate the information provided, not by any action or inaction on the part of our dealership. We stand fully behind how this situation was handled.

They verified the employer that's been in business for year 5 star perfections rather it's through. A payment system or not that's still proof of what the employer pays me real employer which means it's real proof of income verification
