Do not want to work on my wife's car.
Bought a total of 6 vehicles from Ford, 1 from here and 2 from Cleveland Ford. When needing work on car bought from Cleveland I was told by Eric to "Go go back to Cleveland Ford." I guess since it was a 2017 Buick that I bought in 2019 from Cleveland Ford that he said this. I did not know this mattered. I will be buying a new Ford truck for me in a month or 2 and this helped me decide where to buy it which is not here.
I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.
2018 Escape purchase
Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

Great service and price, but no expected call back
I brought in my car for a scheduled oil change and to check out a new rotational noise. Everything noted in my original request for the appointment was on the service computer when I arrived and all was addressed. The rotational noise took a while to sort out so I was expecting a larger than normal labor cost, but the total was discounted on the final bill. As it took the rest of the service day to determine the cause was a feathering on one front tire (Michelin), I was unable to do more than determine the cause of the noise that afternoon, and researched possible remedies on the Michelin site at home. A service consultant there recommended that your department call them for the possible issuance of a warranty-covered credit and I was told, when I picked up the car, that Zach would do so and get back to me on Monday. However, I have received no call back as of this morning (Wednesday).
