The Emissions System Problem light came on in my 2017 Honda Pilot. Retchie was the contact person, scheduled a timely appointment, updated me on the problem... and what needed to be replaced after software update did not clear the issue. I needed fuel injectors replaced. This was scheduled a few days later as parts needed to be ordered. Retchie kept me updated over the next few days and got me in for service as soon as the parts were available. He helped arrange transportation and gave me call a few days later to make sure everything seems to be working fine. The service was completed the same day and the vehicle is running great again. Best of all, it was still covered under my extended warranty!
