othing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive. In lieu of that and as stated previously, 2 of those weeks that they "worked me in" the tech called out sick, which they basically refused to assig anyone else. Sure, I completely understand people being stricken with sickness, but I was in essence being penalized for their lack. The service manager Janice Malcolm was extremely rude and unwilling to do anything but a continuance of rude, passive aggressive chatter. If Wallace would have completed or even started the work, they would not have lost over 6k+, which Van Averette (owner) and the rest can thank Janice and the GM for losing business, bad reviews, spreading the word that the Wallace Nissan service center is negligent and inept. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Wonderful experience. George was very knowledgeable about the product, our company (AppCAA) was his main interest. Very honest and sincere in selling our company 3 vehicles.

Great customer service!!

I had a great experience buying my first new car at Wallace Nissan! Kris Begley, Jim McCoy and Lee Moulse were super friendly and helpful and made the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a new car! I am very happy with the service and the car that I purchased!

Never had a dealership treat us so nice

This dealership from salesman Jamie Wallen to the owner, even the financial department treated us better than any dealership I have ever dealt with. I love my Rogue and my husband just got a Titan platinum and he absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this dealership . Go see Jamie Wallen and tell him Debbie Brooks sent you!!

New car purchase experience !!

Wallace Nissan is the best dealership in Kingsport, TN. I was especially pleased with my salesman, the other friendly staff, and the result I received!! I never felt rushed, the atmosphere was relaxed but professional, and I will recommend Wallace Nissan to my family and friends!

Dedicated!

This was my first experience with Wallace Nissan. I inquired about a Titan online and agreed to come in. Upon coming into the dealership I was introduced to Kris. He was very polite, knowledgeable about the Titan and was able to answer my questions. At first the dealership was unable to meet terms I was ok with, so I left the dealership to pursue another vehicle. I thought the deal was dead. About two days later I was contacted and Kris had somehow put life back into the deal. Long story short I was able to rid the F150 I was in. Now I liked my F150, but due to Ford’s stance on the NFL protestors they lost a military veteran owner! Due to Kris’ dedication I am now the proud and happy owner of a Titan. Thank you Kris for your work on this!
