I was looking at an 18 Eclipse Cross, told the salesperson what payment range I was looking at and what my needs were. Told her to not check my credit until I knew what they would give me for my trade and the best offer on the new car, they ran it anyway. Told me they had me where I wanted my payment to be then tell me it's going to be $130 more than my payment on my trade...HELLO did I not just tell you where I needed to be. I will never deal with them again!

I found a vehicle online,and I thought it was a really good deal. Sales representative is very responsive and contact me with more information and photos of the vehicle that was looking at. I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made my buying experience overall wonderful.
