Waste of time
I was looking at an 18 Eclipse Cross, told the salesperson what payment range I was looking at and what my needs were. Told her to not check my credit until I knew what they would give me for my trade and the best offer on the new car, they ran it anyway. Told me they had me where I wanted my payment to be then tell me it's going to be $130 more than my payment on my trade...HELLO did I not just tell you where I needed to be. I will never deal with them again!

Excellent experience throughout the entire sales experience
I found a vehicle online,and I thought it was a really good deal. Sales representative is very responsive and contact me with more information and photos of the vehicle that was looking at. I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made my buying experience overall wonderful. When it comes time to buy again I know that I'll be going back.

Relaxed and professional atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Jamie Wallen was great to work with, he was honest and easy-going. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite.

Great Experience
I was treated with such professional courtesy that I would recommend Wallace of Kingsport to everyone I meet. I did not feel pressured to buy and was going to check with another dealer before I made a decision. But, I decided to buy at Wallace because Kris Begleywas so excited about the Rogue and kept showing me everything it would do. He sold me!
