We called ahead several days to drive 3 hrs to test this

We called ahead several days to drive 3 hrs to test this car. The salesman said car was pristine, needed nothing, had completed full their inspection. We arrived, found that the car needed a steering rack (which they had ordered) the top didn't work properly (was rubbing on metal), need brakes. Took it for a ride and could smell burning oil. Drove it for about 40 mins came back and didn't smell oil in the engine compartment nor see a leak. Wasted our time.

If you wanna walk out with more issues then what you

If you wanna walk out with more issues then what you walked in with this is the place to go!! My husband brought in his duramax to get a transmission replacement, that being the only issue. The day they call us that it’s done they inform us our radio is no longer working. Note they had the truck for 2 months so my husband talked to the service advisor and agreed on bringing the truck back once their technician guy came back in from being out. Because we needed the truck. Then we bring it in to get fixed and they try to say we knew it was messed up when we brought it in for the transmission knowing it was like brand new! They want to charge us $637 for their mess up then send us out the door saying it’s not their problem! One of the service advisors being Christen Woods!!!!! Immediately started raising her voice and acting a fool trying to convince us that it was messed up before we brought it in. Let’s not fail to mention the communication is worse then trying to talk to a toddler.

Made an appointment have scan done and possibly smoke

Made an appointment have scan done and possibly smoke test on evsp system and I was waiting on the vehicle. 8 am to 1045 I was waiting and service advisor said longer than he expected offered a rental car which I kept for 4 days. Called on 4 the day said they had found the problem evap solonoid for $476 . I don't know what's going on at West Chevrolet I wasn't only one that day a rental was offered to . Why schedule me if they can't get to it. What's funny is west Chevy rented from Enterprise my car for 4 days, Enterprise called me the 4 the day to say west rented the car for 4 days was I going to return it on said day
