nothing worse than people hooking you to come in and

nothing worse than people hooking you to come in and wasting your time. Had already performed value trade in numbers and told them our car had a professionally installed supercharger and exhaust. They claimed to be interested and asked to drive it. I asked several times to please do not waste my time before coming in if the car was not worth more than already specified in their dealer. I sat there for about 2 hours, never spoke with the "manager". they could not find anything wrong yet the salesman could only get info from his browser! they were within earshot of each other and this is the type of dealership that does not even talk to a customer? Manager just hid = no leadership. I have paid more than I wanted to in the past simply because people acted with respect. not here! I do not even know who the manager is other than a short guy behind the counter.

We had a great experience with Owen.

We had a great experience with Owen. He was very professional and made us feel like family. We have dealt with Nissian and Honda in Morristown, our experience with Owen was by far the best.

We had an excellent experience.

We had an excellent experience. This This is our second purchase from Rusty Wallace Toyota, and we have always been satisfied. Jose was great. He was very professional and kept us informed about where our car was in the process. Highly recommend!

One of the best dealerships I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Owen K. was the best salesman, very professional and polite. Owen made the sale easy going and no hassle involved, really glad I had the pleasure of meeting him and glad i chose this dealership. Highly recommend

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT!

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT! 2023 Tacoma heat/ac issues. I took my truck there four times and they still could not identify the issue! After speaking to the rudest service manager I have ever encountered I made an appointment with Toyota of Kingsport. Day one Ryan with Toyota of Kingsport called to say they had identified the issue. The evaporator coil is freezing. They are working on it now! They also found that recent recall work had been coded incorrectly and would need to be done bc it wasn’t unclear if Rusty Wallace had completed the rear axle recall that I thought they did 3 months ago! Don’t waste your time at Rusty Wallace Toyota of Morristown!!!

Nate Lacasella was professional, helpful and patient. Heath Tatum was outstanding as he was friendly, professional and very reasonable. Nick Pollock made the sale super quick and was very down to earth/friendly. Never have we purchased a vehicle this effortlessly! We highly recommend you giving them a chance to earn your business. My husband and I had a great experience.

My husband and I had a great experience. We originally came to get my car serviced and ended up trading my husbands truck for a 4-Runner. Shawn Griffitts was super nice and got us in and out quickly. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve got from Rusty Wallace and plan to come back in the future!

I would like to say kudos to Alex Scearce, service

I would like to say kudos to Alex Scearce, service advisor at Rusty Wallace Toyota. I pulled into the service bay with an unusual request. I had a license tag that was screwed on so tightly that I couldn’t get it off. He used his tool to try and get it off, with no luck. But he took the time to go back to the garage to find a tool that finally got it off. He wouldn’t charge me anything, and I so appreciated his kindness.
