Volunteer Chevrolet

Worst experience one could ever imagine. Do your own research don't take my word for it. I wish I would have looked them up prior to going there.

I enjoyed a wonderful visit to Volunteer Chevrolet to look at and ask questions about their new Corvette sport cars. At the time they had two Corvettes on their showroom floor. My questions were answered to my satisfaction, and I had a nice visit. When they get in more cars I will return to look them over.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, horrible customer service only one guy there ever offered to help me they've kept my car for 3 weeks now and still waiting for parts.shame on them

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We dropped off our truck, they had it for a week. It still has the same issue. When we called to inform them, the informed us it would cost another 160.00 to take another look at it; after paying 900.00 for and issue that was never resolved..

Everyone at Volunteer Chevrolet is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to get service performed or questions answered. I have purchased several vehicles over 20 years from this dealership.
