Wanted to let you know about the sad visit to this

Wanted to let you know about the sad visit to this location today. Called early am and ask about the Chevy Colorado to make sure it was still instock since the price on line showed $62000 with a red line thur the price and asking to contact them for the best price, When we go there we were told by cody that the sales manager said they were actually about to mark that up. so definetly a bull crap ad. Then deal went bad from there by not showing us the all numbers but only showing us the payment for the amount of months and trying to give away a extended warranty . SO we went to eat called around to find out the the 2024 colorado doesnt have the desert boss edition but now has it called bison we checked and can order it as this 2023 they tried selling us for $62,000 price so otmuch more the bad service form here but im not wasting my time since i need to go order me the 2024 bison edidtion for the same price!! at a better chevy dealer

Horrible experience

Battery died so we dropped the vehicle off. No phone calls, when we called to check the service person was extremely rude. Took 3 weeks to replace a battery and they put one in that had 800 cold cranking amps. We didn’t need that much in Michigan let alone Tennessee. It will be an EXTREME emergency for us to ever go back!!

Don?t Schedule Service Online

Schedule 100,000 mile service for my vehicle. When my husband got to dealership he told them that is why he was bringing my car in. All they did was change the oil and send him in his way. I did NOT need an oil change. When I called service desk blamed GM.

I have used Volunteer Chevrolet for years with great service ,at that time there rating would have been 5 star .I even used them 2 months ago .I have recently contacted them for a a car problem .I have called service 5 times left messages,without a single call back .It seems they are closing down and do not care about service .I did make an appointment for nov.since that was the earliest time they could take me.What I would like to do is shake them ,wake them up .I like there repairing not there contacting me about a problem

Great service

We were at a dead end many dealerships rejected us but a drive by prompted us to drive they the lot and they offered us a chance to talk and we drove away with a beautiful truck. We are very blessed that they were so willing to help us when everyone else said no

Only experience was with the sales department. The salesman was friendly and helpful but they tried to lowball me on my trade, by an unreasonable amount which is normal but wouldn't negotiate. Acted like they didn't really want our business. Except for our salesman I didn't find the rest of the staff friendly at all. Being the first of the month I guess they didn't need the sale. Won't go back.
