Bought a Tucson Limited from this dealer in 2013, was

Bought a Tucson Limited from this dealer in 2013, was told it was a demo car with 5995 miles on it so they were selling it.. now it’s 2023 and I am selling it. It turns out it was in an accident and they fixed it before they sold it to me as a new car. They did not disclose to me that it was in an accident before they sold it to me and they fixed it. Now it’s worth less as a used car because it was in an accident before I bought it which I didn’t even know. Be careful buying from them.

A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN MY VEHICLE HAD UNDER

A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN MY VEHICLE HAD UNDER 25OOO MILE AND WAS IN WARRANTY WENT IN TO SEE THE ASST GENERAL MGR "SAM" SAM SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT . GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SCOTT SEDLACEK THE SERVICE MGR AT ETTLESON. HE SAID THEY ARE EREFUNDING HALF OF THE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE' IM SATISFIED

Totally disappointed zero stars

Walked into the dealership’s lot hoping to purchase a new GV80. My fiancé and I noticed three salesmen standing out front talking and neither approached us asking if they could be of assistance. Because of this we decided not to even bother going inside and took our business elsewhere.

This place sucks

Can’t repair car once you have to keep coming back! They do not were Mask in offices. Good luck for service ,can not fix first time have to keep coming back.

Wanted to purchase a Palisade Sel in steel graphite with leather seats and push button start. Unfortunately we have to be at a certain payment which Hyundai won’t be able to reach with just our trade in. Guess we will have to wait.

Smooth

Rich has usually been the person I dealt with in this department, He is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a Veloster for a short time, but my wife has had a couple sonatas over the past 8 years and Rich is always very knowledgeable about the mechanics and technologies within these vehicles.
