Battery Replacement
Had an 8 year old OEM battery replaced on our 8 year old 4Runner. We were able to get in done in about 15 minutes total time. Appreciated the quick and efficient service.

Scheduled service
I gave this rating because my car was promptly taken into the shop as soon as I arrived. All the services were performed and the car was washed within an hour and I was on my way. I can't ask for any more.

Satisfactory Service Experience
During the 85,000 mile service on my 2011 Toyota Highlander, the technician noted that I had developed a lot of corrosion around my battery terminals. The vehicle still had the original battery which was approximately six years old. It was determined that I needed a battery cable repair plus a new battery. I requested to see the situation for myself and the service representative gladly took me back to the shop to view the battery and talk to the service technician. I agreed with the diagnosis and had the dealer make the necessary repair and install a new battery. The battery cost was not a great bargain but the price was fair enough that I agreed to have the dealer do the work.

August 2015 purchase and service
Very pleased with my purchasing experience. Sales department were very friendly and helpful. No hassle involved in the buying process. I feel like I got a fair price and they went above and beyond to get what I want. Going in as a 22 year old and buying a car was a risk, but they helped me every step of the way and treated me just like they have my family as we have purchased numerous vehicles from there over the past 20 years.
