Landers Ford
I've been taking my 2005 Ford Expedition to Landers Ford in Collierville, TN since I moved to North Mississippi 9 years ago. They do quality work and provide me with great customer service. I took my vehicle in for the Works oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check. There were a great many customers there ahead of me and I expected to wait for a long time (3 - 4 hours) but was pleasantly surprised when they called me up in just over an hour. They provide service with a smile and put a smile on my face at the same time.

Our Escape had to have a new engine. We left it at Landers in mid-November. We received it back the last week in February. Supply line problems at the main Ford plant were given as the reason. When the engine shipped, two parts were damaged, leading to further delay. Landers gave us two 'loaners' during this time. Shawn Smith--our contact was most helpful and provided outstanding service. He deserves praise! The whole process with Ford Motor Company--obviously was frustrating. But top kudos to Landers Ford--Collierville, TN and to Shawn Smith!!

I purchased several tires from Lander Ford in collierville for my 2018 F150 I purchased from there. I had problem with back passenger tire the manager claim I didn?t purchase road hazard on the tires i always get road hazard on my tires. I had to purchase a new tire because Lander didn?t warranty the tire I purchased 7 months ago. They claim the tire wasn?t repairable.
