I was called about a recall on my car and set up with an appointment at my earliest convenience. I arrived at my appointment and was promptly greeted by service advisor. The service was great and everyone was very pleasant.

My overall experience was good.

My overall experience was good. The salesperson, Tremaine Wilson, was upfront and honest and listened to my requests without trying to upsell me. However, the financing process was insulting. If you buy a car here, make sure you have your own financing as an option, know your credit score, and the going rate for interest rates. They will try to give you the highest rate possible. I ended up going with my own financing with a credit union.

We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the past 50+

We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the past 50+ years and this was by far our best experience. We worked with Trey Tremaine. Trey was phenomenal! He met us as we came into the building and from that moment forward our experience was just simply outstanding. Trey was very friendly, not pushy, very knowledgeable, very patient with us, timely, very quick in responding or finding out information we requested and we never had to wait long for anything. We are very happy with the Pilot Trey found for us too. Everyone we met in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We have been and will be referring Trey and Honda AutoNation to our friends, family and others.

If I could leave a zero for a review, I would.

If I could leave a zero for a review, I would. Honda CALLED ME in December and said that my car had a recall. I scheduled the appointment for January 16, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. There was a long line to enter the service department. So, I called the Service Department from my car. The young lady told me that she saw that I had an appointment. I asked her what was the recall and she stated that she didn't no. She didn't see a recall. I told her that they contacted me. Never the less, it was time waisted. I called later and ask for the manager and was told that he wasn't in. As of now, I still haven't heard from a manager or anyone else after leaving my name and number. This is the most DISFUNCTIONAL place of business I have ever dealt. Nobody there knows anything and they don't try to assist you to resolve the problem that they created. Not to mention that I received a recall letter. They either don't care and they don't know anything because they can never answer the question when asked. Every one of them need to go to a customer service and diversity class. They are all lost. It's sickening that they don't know, nor do they care!
