Beware of the finance department at this dealership.

Beware of the finance department at this dealership. As I was hurried through the process I later found that I was charged over $800 for tire and wheel insurance and $500 for theft insurance which amounts to 4 stickers on the windows of the car. I would never have consented to those two expenses. They also never sent the car title to the loan company I was assigned to. When I saw the cost of the loan I paid the car off, only to learn the AutoNation had not send them the title. I got a bill of sale through my revenue office. If you buy a car from them, obtain your own financing and still carefully read your charges. I would like to have a car worth what I paid with the add ons. I didn’t. I’m contacting an attorney.

Glad they stay open late.

Glad they stay open late. I really didn't have much time but paperwork. Tremaine was great. Most of communication was emails and text.

New Car delivery process was pathetic: 1.

New Car delivery process was pathetic: 1. They didn't clean the car during the delivery time though it was scheduled and booked 3 days before the delivery date. They did not even wipe the dust on the car. When I asked them about the unclean, they asked me to come some other day to get it cleaned. Is this the way to get the brand new car from a showroom? 2. Sales rep (MJ) didn't explain anything about the car features and details on the day of the delivery. 3. Paper work was like a lazy process. They don't have a culture to greet the customers. 4. They didn't give the accessory (committed by Sales team) at the time of delivery, they asked me to come on next day to collect it from the showroom. 5. Though car was available on their inventory and at their stock yard before I booked, they were lazy and careless to deliver the car on the delivery day. 6. I went to the showroom after two days to collect the accessory, get the car clean done and the feature details explanation as Sales rep (MJ) person asked me to come. But he was busy to catch another customer and he denied to get my car wash and he again asked me to come on some other day to get the feature details explanation. That was very disappointing.

First let me start by saying I took my daughter up there

First let me start by saying I took my daughter up there to get a car and I was solely suppose to be a co-signer but low and behold he put my name first and my daughter second who has no insurance no valid id so guess what that left me with a car that I can?t afford to pay for and I explain that to them so my daughter ended up getting the car. So I took it from her and took it back to the dealer keep in mind this is a 2024 I left the vehicle there and was told by John that I owned the vehicle and that I could not take it back that once I drove off the curve it belonged to me I explained that I merely was suppose to be a co-signer but ended up been made to be the owner. So Monday John called my daughter who don?t have license or insurance and told her to come and get the car or storage fees would apply so me unknowingly know what is going on she goes and pick this car up. I?m still not responsible for that car they gave it to my daughter so that is between her and them. I can?t afford a new car I have a vehicle that I am paying for. The official that work there are rude and I called all day Monday for the Manager and was giving the run around from the receptionist all the way down. No I would not recommend them. This does not stop here I?m going to corporate the better business bureau and the news. They did me wrong at the end of the day. I even ask the receptionist for corporate number and low and be hold she gave me a wrong number. When I tell you I?m mad I?m beyond that stage there is just no way on earth I was treated like that. The used car manager was horrible. He should have just spit in my face and told me to get the xxxx out the way I was treated. My daughter was looking for a used car but now she got a brand new car with no license or insurance in my name. Where in Sam hills do they do this at ooh I know Honda on Covington pike.
