I wish y’all would stop sending me emails begging for a review. Just do the service that yall do and stop asking for reviews. It gets annoying getting them all the time so here I am giving you a review. Now please stop. Best part about Serra Chevrolet was ed the sales guy that sold me the car. Surely not the finance guy I had to best with and service center was a service center. Ed went above and beyond on his job and that’s why I purchased from y’all.

Service manager is rude & service advisor took advantage
Service manager is rude & service advisor took advantage of my son when he dropped off my vehicle. A simple oil change turned into a 600$ bill. The service advisor called my son stupid.

The service advisor was great.
The service advisor was great. I bought 4 new tires. Had to go back and get them rebalanced . Now I find that the sensors were not reset to match the display.
