ignals not working. Also asked them to take a look at my recently replaced catalytic converter to make sure it wasn’t aftermarket. As well as a quote for the roof panel strips. Of course they charge me a diagnostic fee. No problem .I was told if they do the work, it would be applied to the cost. Turns out the problem was the battery. So I get them to replace the battery and lo and behold I’m still charged the diagnostic fee!! And the excuse they gave was that the battery was something different and didn’t apply . So I’m still responsible for paining the diagnostic fee. I will never take my care back there for nothing and will definitely never buy another Chevy vehicle. Wish there was a rating of zero, but 1 will have to do😡

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. Still waiting on the manager to call me back with the cooperate number and that was 2 months ago. These are not real or honest reviews. My salesman was fired the next day so I was passed over to someone else. He also wrote down the incorrect price. Which messed up the deal They didn’t register my vehicle and gave me refund because I complained that they were terrible business. Kelly Jenkins was a rude xxxxx. Andre Nolan was the new sales man thought he would have handled the situation but didn’t. He just kissed there xxx. Sales owner is very unprofessional didn’t fix the issue even after his salesman was fired the next day. I wouldn’t ever deal with them again. I will leave a review everyday if I have to until situation is rectified.

Terrible service all the way around
I purchased a mustang over a month ago. The windows would not roll up in the back to meet the front windows and I was told to put lube on the window. I then said that’s one thing I won’t be putting lube on. A month later I’m told the windows are fixed. I get there to pick up my car, there is no seatbelt. When they fixed the windows, they hid the seat belt in the compartment. I was then told let’s go get you some gas, I said I don’t have a seat belt. He said we will fix that later. I told him at that point, that if I get a ticket, he will be paying the xxxx ticket. I am sitting at the gas station and the dude said he don’t know the PIN number to get gas. He left me at the pump and went back to Serra Chevrolet in Bartlett. He returned, put a half tank of gas in my car. I drive back to the lot and he pulled the seat belt out enough for me to maybe buckle myself. It looked nothing like the other side. Illegal and a safety issue all at once. I then told them to give me a xxxx car to drive and the worst thing I ever done was business at SERARA CHEVROLET in BARTLETT Tn. I do not suggest anyone shop here not ever. Steer clear of this place. Ugh! I’m beyond disappointed and will never ever ever do business with these people again.

My experience started off Very good, they were friendly and helpful I was excited about the experience, but then it became the normal crappy car buying experience and suddenly they are telling you the price is higher.l price for the same deal. Just be honest upfront and don’t play games, well luckily there is other dealerships that want your business, lost a customer for life. Oh the last thing take the vehicle home for the night it has no gas so put some gas and we will reimburse you, also never happened so I actually lost money trying to purchase from them, just a ave your time and go someplace else.

I came in with my dad, I was able to get my Kia Soul traded in with it being fully paid off, and getting a brand new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer with a low pay! I enjoyed how Cecil helped me throughout the whole process especially for a new car it only took 2 hours!
