My experience at patty peck was amazing. The service was quick and reliable for when I had any questions. I got to test drive my very first vehicle and I was very excited. After the test drive we got back and had a couple questions and they had the answers. After that we went in to discuss pricing for the vehicle (the deals are amazing). The customer service provided was fantastic. His technical knowledge of the vehicle operation was very impressive. He really took time to ensure I was well pleased with my selection. I applause him for giving me an estimate of my bottom line payment before seeing the financial manager. He explained all the additional services that would add to the figure and explained why it was needed. With all being said, the information provided made it easier for me to decide on purchasing the vehicle of my dreams, "a RED Honda ACCORD." I decided that after getting news of my previous car needing repairs that I should invest in a new car instead. Kristie and David helped me with looking into the 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 initially and provided me with every aspect of the car. Robert in Finance helped with the final paperwork for the car. What I liked was the option to have three days to decide if you really want to keep the car. After having the Accord Sport for one night, I started thinking about the 2.0T instead. The next day, I went in and upgraded to that version instead with no problem. They all worked together to make my process of getting a new car easy and I am glad I went with Patty Peck. Everyone was pleasant and professional and made sure I understood everything before I left. I would definitely recommend that anyone come and experience the customer service here!

We bought our Toyota Corolla and William Johnson was our salesman. Great Man! He was Very helpful and respectful!!! Two months later we came back and also bought a Toyota Camry. Alison Reggie was saleswoman. Same thing she was very courteous, respectful, and helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
