Buyer beware.
This is the most uncaring dealership I have ever dealt with. My grandsons new 2022 Dodge sit on their parking lot in need of repair for 5 weeks before a person ever looked at it. “They we’re waiting on corporate to run a diagnostic test.” It is impossible to talk to anyone from corporate. The 800 number provided is useless. The people in the service department at this dealership are the rudest ever! They simply do not like dealing with people! Save yourself from a stressful situation and don’t buy here or use their service department. The lady in charge was really nasty when we declined paying for another diagnostic test. And then, they released his car as safe to drive with 28 pounds of pressure in one of the tires!

Don't do business here. They are dishonest
Salesman lied about what the extra coverage I bought carried. These people are crooks and liars. You will regret doing business there. They don't return calls. They will tell a person anything to Make a sell. They lied about the wrap around coverage. The salesman that I bought jeep from wasn't even there anymore and he lied about what was covered to make the sell. The service department is a joke. I was warned about this dealership and I can only blame myself for not listening to former customers.

Great service
On 3 week vacation when we realized we needed our truck serviced. Called our dealership in Ohio and they told us we should have it done before heading home. We randomly chose Champion and glad we did Friendly and very professional. They got us in the next day and quote was right on. Highly recommend

DO NOT BUY HERE
DO NOT BUY HERE!! This dealership literally sold us a brand new RAM truck from a different RAM dealership- we found out AFTER we obtained a loan and paid the dealership (in full) that Champion had no legal right to sell this truck. So here we are with a loan on a truck we don’t have and can’t get. Then Champion tried to make us pay more for a different truck after not delivering the one we actually bought (bait and switch!). They refused to make their mistake right. What they SHOULD have done is everything in their power to make their wrong right. But instead they asked us for an additional $2,000 for a different truck. Classic case of poor management, swindlers, right down to just plain old shady dealers. They even refused to return the check the bank gave them. They refused to give us our down payment back. Our bank had to threaten to sue Champion for breach of contract! Absolutely awful. Shady . Do not do business here - it’s very clear they are deceptive and do not care at all about customer service.

Excellent 5 Stars
5 Stars! My salesperson was Jamie Gieger. I went to purchase a car for my son and ended up buying two vehicles. Mr. Gieger after speaking with him on the phone set up a time for us to come in. He had two cars waiting up front under the awning so we wouldn’t get wet. He had already taken the time to test drive both vehicles for us. Seriously what type of “car salesman” does that? There was zero pressure. He had the keys waiting! We each drove the cars and knew that he had picked the right cars for both of us. The paperwork was simple but a little time consuming. While we finished things up in finance Mr. Gieger even went to the store and purchased us a drink and snack out of his own pocket while he filled the gas tanks up. He is a thoughtful young professional. Who doesn’t hard sale or push the customer. He really wanted to make sure we had the type of vehicle we needed and that would work best for us for years to come. Both finance managers are patient and take the time to explain everything to you. So no worries on that point. I was able to get both vehicles at a great interest rate with zero money down. And they treated me fairly on my trade in. After I bought both cars they had this very sweet young lady walk ya through each and every aspect of the vehicles. Showed us all the things the car does and let me tell you that Chrysler 300 does everything but drive its self. It’s a beautiful luxury car for a fantastic price. Anyway she must have spent 1/2 with each of us showing how to work everything. And said if you need of forget anything give me a call or stop by and I’ll show you again. This is NOT your normal dealership for yesteryear where you’d cringe just thinking about going car shopping. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go on the Gulf Coast.

Beware...avoid this place
Nothing but problems from day one buying my certified pre owned Ram. They just throw that label on their vehcles just to charge more.I dont think they check anything. Canceled my gap and extended warranty in 02-2020 and here it is towards the end of April and still trying to get credit. I was promised a call back after "Cedric" the manager checked into it. Never called me back and havent taken or returned my calls since ! I was warned not to do bussiness there...should have listened. I have done bussiness with dealerships everwhere for over 40 years and never had such bad service !

Customer Service 2 thumbs down
Took my car (Chrysler 300 driving just fine) in for a couple of recalls and it came out of the shop not being able to change gears. I tried several times getting someone in the service dept. to answer my calls and left message on voicemail and at the front desk to call with no response from them. After FINALLY getting them on the phone with me explaining to them what happened and it was my only means of transportation, since it was on a Saturday with no manager present and they were booked there was nothing they could do. They just left me hanging! Shame on you Chrysler!!! Never Again!!

Could not repair my Jeep
Well after more than ten days and after going from one repair to another repeatedly ordering parts that they could not get. A call to Chrylser Co was required to finally get the car together. After about 6 months now the car is not usable towed in and back to this dealer with numerous problems some seem to be possibly related to previous work (brake problems) trying to go to another dealer for this service I was told that if any problem was related somehow to previous work my warranty would not cover the work I would have to pay for it. (Lake Shore Chrysler Slidell La) So it is now back into first dealership. Is the second day and they are not sure it will be checked today.
