Can not say enough good things about this dealership.

Can not say enough good things about this dealership. I would have loved to meet Mr. Collins. If all the other employees I meet were that honest, forthcoming, thoughtful and just plain happy you know it had to start with him. We were there to buy a used Mecedes RV from them. Mayur Reddy took us for a test drive. While we were testing it, it was making an odd sound. Now this is the difference between James Collins Ford and the others, Mayur didn’t tell us “It’s nothing” and turn up the radio, as most salesmen would do. He turned down the radio, listened and said why don’t we drive it to the Mecedes dealership and see if it is anything. Mecedes did check it out and it was fine. Just needed tires.

My experience with this dealership was the manager was

My experience with this dealership was the manager was unprofessional , rude and a bad communicator. I tried doing a deal all the way from Alabama that’s how bad I wanted this car , but because of him and his bad customer service I will never deal with this dealership and don’t recommend that anyone else do . Car Dealers need to realize we work hard for our money and purchasing a vehicle should not be stressful.

This gentleman wanted to purchase a used Certified Mustang GT, this went on back and forth for over a month, he was working directly with our general manager. Both sides finally agreed on a price, and then this gentleman wanted us to pay his wife a 'Bird Dog' fee for finding this vehicle online. That's when our general manager finally had enough. Some people just don't know when to stop pushing, or when enough is enough. It's unfortuate that situations like this happen, and it's very rare.

Should have been on star.

Should have been on star. This dealership has a truck for sale, and I was interested in purchasing it from them, but they will not negotiate the price. All the research I've done shows that the truck is overpriced according to KBB, CarGurus (blocked my email on this site as it shows the truck $4085 over market value), cars.com and every other website I have visited to review cars. They are unwilling to accept a reasonable offer, that is above market price but a more realistic price. I can only assume that they paid way too much for this vehicle at auction and are trying to recoup all the money they can out of it. I've been researching these trucks for several weeks as I plan on purchasing one soon, but after the attitude I've got from them, I certainly will not be buying from James Collins Ford. The person contacting me was a person named Mayur Reddyreddy, and it seems like an odd name, and probably not a real person. As they are not listed in the names of the salespeople. Even if they came back and offered me the vehicle at a reasonable price, I probably still would not purchase from them.

Mr. Higdon purchased a 2008 Mercedes, he negotiated a lower price than the asking price, the 16 year old vehicle was sold 'as is' because of the vehicle age. He believes we should repaint a fender on the vehicle and repair a cup holder. He purchased the vehicle in the same interior and exterior condition that the previous owner traded to our company.

This information is incorrect,I was told the fender was overspray and it was not it was clear coat damage. I was told after the purchase that the items were damaged and since they did not make enough profit on the sale they would not do anything. I also stated that the salesman's commission was added to my purchase price. Why should a customer be responsible for paying a dealerships salespersons commission.?

I always have a great experience at James Collins ford. Ryan took great care of me and I was in and out of the dealership after having my regular maintenance and tire rotation on my car in less than an hour. Thank you, that is why I keep coming back.
