Mr. Higdon purchased a 2008 Mercedes, he negotiated a lower price than the asking price, the 16 year old vehicle was sold 'as is' because of the vehicle age. He believes we should repaint a fender on the vehicle and repair a cup holder. He purchased the vehicle in the same interior and exterior condition that the previous owner traded to our company.

Consumer response

This information is incorrect,I was told the fender was overspray and it was not it was clear coat damage. I was told after the purchase that the items were damaged and since they did not make enough profit on the sale they would not do anything. I also stated that the salesman's commission was added to my purchase price. Why should a customer be responsible for paying a dealerships salespersons commission.?

I always have a great experience at James Collins ford. Ryan took great care of me and I was in and out of the dealership after having my regular maintenance and tire rotation on my car in less than an hour. Thank you, that is why I keep coming back.

I had a rear tire (sidewall puncture) go flat on my Toyota Camry; visiting Louisville from out of town on a Friday afternoon. The Service Dept. ordered a new tire and had me ready for the road in timely fashion. They are trustworthy and great to deal with. Thanks again! Steve O.

What a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle! I have purchased 3 vehicles here in the past few years. Mach-E for myself, Transit connect for my husband, and a KIA for my youngest daughter. Everyone from sales to service goes out of their way to make me feel like family. Service department has a pick up and delivery service that helps with my busy schedule. What more could you ask for?

Would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking

Would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to truck or car. Reddy and Jason are very knowledgable and ensured I got the truck I was looking for. No pressure at all. Their focus was on making sure I was happy and satisfied with my new F-150 and that it was exactly what I wanted. They were patient and worked with me for a couple of weeks. Extremely helpful. And for my first service of my new truck, WOW what a great munch of people in their service department. They were warm, friendly and had my truck ready exactly as promised and on time. Hats offs to everyone there. A great experience.

I have had my SUV serviced at this dealership a number of times over the past few years and each time I have had an outstanding experience. The customer service is unmatched anywhere in Louisville and the quality of the work done on my Tahoe is fantastic and at a great price.
