This is the "worst" FORD SERVICE CENTER place you could

This is the "worst" FORD SERVICE CENTER place you could ever take your vehicle to have it serviced. The management team of this intake process is totally incapable of doing anything. Buying was fine but all follow up services after were

Buying was fine but all follow up services after were terrible. When spending thousands of dollars on a nice vehicle you should not have to put up with some of the silly things I did. Would not let these guys work on any of my vehicles now that I'm out of warranty.

Great sales experience, had what I was looking for and

Great sales experience, had what I was looking for and sales experience was great. The service experience was not as good. Had to take truck back multiple times and several items never addressed to correction. Service advisor actually called me a lier at one time. Scheduling issues, and the service department said they couldn't diagnose a complaint with the 4x4 system because they couldn't drive it in "all wheel drive mode" something the owners manual says you can do. So glad I didn't let these people talk me into spending the money on their extended warranty. Still have problems with the climate control, and vibration in drive line. Very concerning after spending $80,000 on a very nice truck. I'm sure this is something they all do, but during one of my first visits I received a text offering to buy my truck back. When I got the estimate the value was far below KBB, its almost criminal how this process works.
