    The last two times that I had service on my f-150 was terrible. The first visit I had tires, struts and shocks installed and it took almost TWO WEEKS.... This last visit it needed a new alternator and it took a week and when they got it installed they informed me that it was stuck in first gear. They then infirmed me that I was 8th in line for transmission rack. Four and a half weeks later they called and said it was ready and they only had to download a new program into the computer. I think 5 1/2 weeks is entirely to long for these repairs. In the past six months the service has gone way down hill from the outstanding service that they have had for so many years. I used to recommend Bill Collins all of the time now I am hesitant especially on service. Please Change it back please.

    I came into the service center and told Mr. Ackridge my problem. He told me he would look into it ASAP. Two days later he called and told me my problem... was fixed. So ffar, so good.

    Experience staff and knowledgeable techs. I was able to get right in for an oil change. My wait time was nominal, enjoyed the time in customer lounge.... Facilities were clean. Sales people asked if they could be of any assistance.

    Quick Lane oil change I was told it would be 3 hrs. before they could get to my car, but it took less than an hour from check in time till they finished.... I'm glad I waited. They are good about letting you know what your car may or may not need. They seem to be honest and not try to sell you things you don't need.
