I have been dealing with Bill Collins Ford for over 20
I have been dealing with Bill Collins Ford for over 20 years and my sister and parents both dealt with them. This last time I went in there it was to trade in my lease. I wanted to get the option to buy it out. I had already called and got the pay off for it. The manager (or whoever he was) came back to me with a paper with numbers on it. He says "we are going to give you a deal and take $1,000 of the price." They offered me to buy it out for $4,000 more than the pay off! I guess they thought I was stupid or something. So I ended up not being able to buy the lease I was trading in because they jacked the price up. It was a 2021 Edge with 4,000 miles on it! I had been the only owner. So I ended up getting another Edge that was in my budget. I will NEVER go back to them again. They lost a 20 year customer. Very upset about the whole deal. And to top it off, they didn't clean the new Edge and left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas.

Amazing!
Amazing! Such a quick and easy car buying experience. They gave me what I wanted for my trade no back and forth normal car dealership crap. Financing was simple the numbers were right where we wanted them to be. We have bought our share of cars and this was the best experience we have ever had. Will definitely be repeat customers

Had a great experience at Bill Collins Ford. Had a deal in place before arriving and I decided to keep my trade in. They were very cool about it. They had to redo all the paper work, rerun the loan info and they stayed nice and friendly the whole time. Also as a car enthusiast, the showroom was AWESOME! GT500s , a Ford GT, Broncos, T-Birds, and of course more mustangs.

Came in early this morning 710 am F 150 vibrates /
Came in early this morning 710 am F 150 vibrates / pulsating upon stopping had issue with braking 7 months ago. The shop guy looked up my truck and acknowledged the brake issue 7 months prior as a ford family member I was truly upset that a $190 + tax was put down to look into the issue. Something that has never been put down from all the service work I had done at Bill Collins . I must say the person that took care of me all the years up to this time has since retired, He understood good customer service. I believe in taking care of my truck whether at Bill Collins or Byerly ford where I brought the truck brand new but since I live in J-Town Bill Collins is closer.

Took my car there, which I purchased from them a year prior, for service. The turbos went out on my Taurus. I was told it would take 2 weeks before they could look at it. 2 weeks turned into 9 weeks before pickup. Numerous unanswered calls, unanswered questions, calls not returned, and receiving incorrect information. Once car was finally picked up it was returned to me with greasy handprints all over outside of car, engine light on, and tires not rotated and balanced!!! I could not be more disappointed with the service. To top it off I have to take my car again somewhere else for the engine light, it will NOT be Bill Collins!!
