Discussed buyer and very disappointed with the tra

I purchased a mkx didn't get 2 miles light came on called back was told to come back said wouldn't hurt anything have to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in so now 2miles after purchase I'm feel I have a lemon and a lemon 🍋 dealership

The staff were polite and extremely knowledgeable. He made recommendations for service but did not pressure me into buying more than I came in to do.

Service and payment options

Husband waited almost 5 1/2 hours for new tires w/ front end alignment services. Planned on 2-3 hours at the most. Also disappointed in 3.99 % service fee for use of credit card. Tried to change method of payment due to this prior to close of day and no one answered phone. Left voice message for service department to return our call with no success

As far as the credit card processing fee, this is something that was changed at the beginning of 2020, and we have posted signs throughout our lounge making customers aware of the changes made by the credit card processing companies. Reputation

I've always had nothing but great service and repairs prior to this last visit. The tech who serviced my vehicle didn't do several items on the overall checklist. Took my car in for several recalls, oil change and found out after I left that one wasn't even performed. I had paid and was ready to leave and found out, by accident, they had to jump start my vehicle. I had asked them to check my battery which they didn't do. If I had left I would have been stranded. So I had to wait for them to install it and pay again. Last thing, no oil change sticker was put on my windshield. Took over an hour to finally get my car ready to drive away safely. Certainly hope they improve their overall performance in the future. Their reputation as a top notch facility rated #1 is in question.

Recalls

Made appt for 7:00 Monday morning for 2 recalls and an electrical problem with seats. First thing I heard was well try to call you Wednesday? I thought with an appt the vehicle would be looked at around the time it was scheduled. Got call at 3:00 Tues. I called back 2 times before 3:30 and again at 4:00. No answer, at all. Tried calling several times next morning and still no answer from rep or service dept at all. Went to dealer at 1:00 and he said they just started looking at electrical . By then I need car back so I said don?t do anything I need my vehicle. So, 3 days to get 2 recalls looked at.
