Bob Hook Chevrolet

I brought my suburban in last week with the request for them to look at my door along with complete a recall and change the oil. The service adviser duplicated the issue while I was on site, but stated even if I left the car they couldn’t fix it the appointment would have to be rescheduled. So I made a new appointment for the following week they kept my car for two days and can’t duplicate the issue now so they can’t fix it. But the week before he duplicated the issue and had two ideas of what it may be. Then had the audacity the argue with me about what he told me last week. I would never choose to reschedule if I could have left it last week and got it fixed and not had to return. Mind you I was more than patient last week when the two hour keep of the car turned into many hours. Donnie is very unprofessional, and I will not return to this service center again. - Morgan

I purchased a vehicle several months ago and sales staff was very friendly. I was promised floor mats that were missing. I had made several calls to salesman and he said he would get it to me. No response so I left message for manager and he called back and said he had ordered a set of floor mats. I still haven’t heard anything back and it’s not about the floor mats but it’s the principle of the situation. They have lost a customer over this
