2003 Chevrolet Tahoe
John Gahimer definitely went above and beyond to try to identify the problem with my Chevy Tahoe. John did not recommend unnecessary repairs; or repairs that were not supported by facts. John and I ultimately agreed upon a repair strategy that seemed the most logical choice to try. So far, so good; we drove the Tahoe over the weekend without an issue. Hopefully, we found, and repaired, the problem. My compliments to John; John represents your company very well.

So far everything and everyone has been excellent. My new Equinox is far superior to any vehicle I've owned previously. I'm 74 years old and know what I'm talking about. Couldn't ask for better respect and courtesy than shown at Bob Hook Chevrolet. If I live long enough to buy another new vehicle it will definitely be Bob Hook..
