Salesmen give misleading and false information. They advertise cars they don’t have to pull you in to their lot. They have terrible customer relations... unless you are purchasing, once you sign the contract they really don’t CARE. I bought a70,000 dollar vehicle and the next day had to it for service.
Bought a vehicle from here a couple years back, recently traded the vehicle. I've tried since November 28 2019 to get my gap insurance refunded. Before... the pandemic started I spoke to the finance manager, he said he would handle. Not another word for 2 months. Called him back, get told he knew nothing about it. He texted me some paperwork over, which I filled out and sent back, that was one June 2nd. I called again a couple of weeks ago, he had no clue and told me he'd get back with me on the following Monday. I waited all week, nothing. I understand it's a difficult time, but it's also going on 9 months.
Dropped my car off for a 7:30 am appointment and was told that it would take 30 mins to diagnose. It took them 3 days and I had to call each day to ask... about it. They couldn't diagnose the main problem but had several suggested repairs that were not discussed until I showed up to pick up the car. One service advisor mentioned that it appeared that my original advisor and the mechanic didn't seem to want my business. I was eventually quoted $5,000 to do the repairs (how convenient). So unprofessional! I will never take my car to this place again! There are too many better choices.
Bought my car new from this dealer and had 90% of service done there over four years. Last visit was horrible. Installed wrong wiper blades and used "wrong... weights" on new tires. Had to make two extra trips to get what should be simple service. Cost me time and money. Called the Service Manager to discuss but he did NOT CALL BACK. After a couple of weeks, I e-mailed the Service Manager. Again NO RESPONSE. Third try included the General Manager in an e-mail. NO RESPONSE! Clearly don't care about paying customers! Never had such an issue with any company before!
Bought my Avalon there and drove 18 miles for service for four years. Last visit was pitiful. Took car in for bakes, tires and wipers. They put on the... wrong wipers requiring a return visit and more money. Then car was vibrating requiring a second return visit. Was told they put on the WRONG weights to balance the new tires. Worse, I called Service Manager and got NO call back. Sent an e-mail and again NO reply. That is no way to treat a customer who spent many thousands of dollars there. Cost me a lot of time and money!!!
I will send anyone i know interested in cars here! Everyone I worked with was all spectacular!! Nice, easy to work with, and helpful!! :)
Had an awesome experience at Toyota on Nicholasville. I worked with Ron and Jacob specifically, and these two were absolutely great. I had called ahead... of time to let them know the vehicle I was interested in seeing, and they were at the door waiting for me when I arrived. They provided me a ton of information on the car and never made me feel pressured to buy, which I really appreciated. When it came time to negotiate price, I voiced my concerns and where I would like to get the on-the-road cost, and I felt they were more than fair in getting me to a number that made me feel comfortable. Wonderful overall experience! Ron and Jacob were EXCELLENT.

Love this dealership. Bought my car in 2010. Love my Yaris. Recalls are quickly taken care of. I didn't know I had a recall till the Service Rep told... me. I had gotten an oil change and was advised at that time. I live in Georgetown, but don't mind the drive when I KNOW my car is cared for properly. All the folks working at this dealership are kind, and enjoy a sense of humor. The service Rep who take care of me on 2/19/18 was especially kind. I even received free girl scout cookies and free cold water.

2nd vehicle we purchased from Lex on Nickville over past 4 years. Response from internet sales team was very quick. Sales negotiation with CJ was very... pleasant. I paid more than I had originally planned but good past experience with service made me feel buying from them overshadowed the purchase cost difference.
