GMC Sierra Service Repair

I was having an issue with what I thought was a starter or battery. Pulled up at closing time to the dealership and they got my vehicle on the computer ASAP. Told them I'd leave over night and they could contact me tomorrow when it was ready and was called very early. Customer service and work done was A++. I recommend Adam's to everyone.

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed on my Buick. They picked it up at work and brought it back to me. Could you ask for any better service? I think not! A+++

VERY FRIENDLY NEW SERVICE MANAGER

The new Service manager checked me in for my oil change and tire rotation. He was absolutely so friendly and helpful! He answered all my questions and even recommended I look into the new Terrain AT4 because I told him how much I loved and miss my Terrain but needed the At4 for showing rural property and going through creeks, fields, etc.. (I recently upgraded to the Canyon AT4.) I didn't know the Terrain is now available in the At4. So good info to have. Again, he was a breath of fresh air in the service department!

I wish I had felt better about the deal I got a AdAms. I...

I wish I had felt better about the deal I got a AdAms. I truly felt pressured ( I kept telling Paul is was needing to go mow, yes, . mow ) He said he could get it done in a few minutes... well he did. My mistake was getting caught in all of his fast talking and him telling me what another dealership was going to give me for my truck was just a “ shell game “. I wish I had gone back to the other dealership where me trade was Worth 4’thousand more dollars. Now I am upside down on a vehicle I should not have bought.. just do your work before you go. Don’t get caught up in the conversation, you could be paying more then you want or should

Oil change service.

They done a very good job. I like the Oil change package that they offer.

The good sales person was on vacation!!! :( :(

We bought a car from this dealer. We live out of state. Long story short, do not use Allan Joseph for a sales rep, and if you live out of state, only use Paul Todd. Mr. Paul gets things done right, the first time. I wish I could review just the persson and not the business as a whole.

Treated poorly after vehicle service on error.

Treated poorly after my hubcap fell off. I didn't notice it quick enough. Veterans stay away from this dealer. Very disrespectful. Bad service relations and. communication

I called Derek right after his initial complaint - his hubcap had fallen off - he notified us several weeks later he was upset we wouldn't pay it( he had driven from Ky to Fla) I sent him a check for $50 two weeks ago to cover the hubcap. Don't know why he is not happy. Rick Wicker GM of Adams

Pleasant experience

The salesman made the buying process very easy when I purchased a used vehicle. All of the employees were very friendly and congratulated me on the purchase of a vehicle. I drove nearly three hours to make a purchase because they had the vehicle I wanted and I'm glad I did. I would shop with Adam's again given the opportunity.

Rude manager and waste of time

I went to Adams to buy because I had purchased from them before. The ?manager? was rude and the salesman didn?t know what he was doing. Wasn?t a good experience
