I recently purchased a new verhicle from Zimmer Motors. I was very impressed by the response I received after filling out an internet request. A sales rep emailed me back right away (it was around10:00 pm). The next day a saleswoman followed up and the process was started. My sales rep was extremely pleasant to talk to but lacked basic knowledge on the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. I found a vehicle set up the way I wanted sitting on a lot and gave her the VIN so she could see how it was equipped and find me one like it, but that seemed a little challenging. They finally found a vehicle that was satisfactory and were able to get it. It was part of the deal that a gooseneck hitch would be supplied by the dealer because all I do with the truck is haul. That seemed pretty challenging also. I signed papers on the truck on a Friday and picked it up on Saturday afternoon. After arriving to pick the truck up I was informed the hitch wasn't ordered yet to my disappointment. The new truck was of no use to me at that point. I was assured it would be ordered from another dealer or from Chrysler and I'd be called as soon as it came it. That would put it there Monday or Tuesday at the latest (orders arrive next day). I'm still not sure why it wasn't ordered Friday when we completed the business part of the deal. I wasn't called on Monday so I sent an employee of mine there Tuesday morning to pick the parts up, they were wrong. However, it turns out they had the right parts in stock this whole time. That actually didn't make me feel any better. I could have been using my new truck. I understand that to some people these issues seem minor, and I'm sure they are, but my trucks are used solely for towing. Outside of a few minor hiccups, the experience could have abeen a lot worse I'm sure. The facility itself is very acceptable and the overall demeanor of the Zimmer employees seems to be very good. If I had a recommendation it would be to train your sales staff to put the right sales person in front of the customer. P.S. The deciding factor on me purchasing the truck from Zimmer was the fact that before the deal was made I recieived a letter hand signed by John Zimmer that had his cell phone number on the bottom. If a dealer principle cares enough to put a direct contact number out there without making you go through the hoops of calling the office, it shows me he cares about the business his family has built.

5 stars isn't enough for my review. Brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangled Sahara in for a warranty door hinge fix. They had the part ready and the paperwork completed before I got there. In addition, I had two more issues I wanted addressed; lights on the power window switches were out and a problem with the gas tank neck which was causing overflow issues. I was expecting these two problems to be taken care of at a later date, but to my surprise they were able to fix the window switch lights today as well. Lee Fogel had a coffee and creamer waiting for me, and he and the owner John Zimmer checked in often to see if I needed anything. If you want personalized service and a team dedicated to earning your trust, you definitely should go see them. Because of the dedicated employees at Zimmer, our family recently purchased a 2015 AEV Jeep Rubicon, and are considering a 2016 Jeep Sarhara Back Country. John will definitely have our business in the future.
