‼️DO NOT BUY FROM ZIMMERS MOTORS‼️ please share I bought this 2022 Ram 1500 truck with 44k miles September 27th and immediately started having radio issues a month later. At first they told me it wasn’t covered and tried to get me to pay $1500 for a new radio. Eventually they put in a new radio. Then, I noticed my driver side mirror not defrosting, yet another issue & they replace that eventually. Got the truck back and weeks later notice the same error message and radio still skipping. Was told it probably just needs updated. Started smelling a mildew smell & my wife found a leak and MOLD in my dashboard glove box. After being told it probably just needs a good “clean”. Took it back Monday, sat there for 2 hours just to be told they are ordering a new antenna and can’t look at the leak because of time and will look at it whenever the part comes in. Here I am still having issue after issue and still just have me waiting around and not doing anything to fix it.

Most painful used car purchase I've experienced.
Most painful used car purchase I've experienced. Started well as a found a 1 owner low mileage Rav4 with clean Carfax listed as non smoker for a good price. Their website offered an $750 discount if I scheduled a test drive, so i did for first thing that morning. Car was in nice shape but as soon as I opened the door it reaked of cigarette smoke. It was the model and color I wanted with good service records so I proceeded with the test drive and decided I could work to get out the smoke smell. When I sat with the salesman I asked specifically if their web price was complete and there were no additional fees added, and was assured that was correct. 15 minutes later I am presented with a sales ticket that had an additional $4,000+ fee for extended warranty that I did not request, and an additional $1,000+ fee for Gap insurance that was not needed or corrected. Then had to debate the reasoning for not accepting. Their certified Gold warranty is included in their list price and cannot be deducted. I mentioned that the $750 was not deducted and after speaking with his manager he stated that the car had too much interest, another buyer was in the dealership, and they could not offer that, so I immediately got up to leave. I told them I wouldn't do business with people that don't keep their commitments and that they could sell it to the other couple. He pleaded with me to stay and then they honored their discount. I told them I was disappointed that the car was listed as a non-smoker , and asked them to try to detail the interior for the smell while we completed the sale. The salesman blamed Carfax for the mistake but agreed to take the car to detailing. (It turned out to be a pine tree air freshener thrown under the passenger seat I discovered once I got home as the smell was still awful). I am told I am next in line for closing/financing and ended up skipped over and waited over an hour. When I get to finance we go through the paperwork and again the $750 discount is gone, so I bring it up. She says she knew nothing about it, and had to go back to the manager, who again agreed. Sign papers and get out of there as fast as I can. This was 12/13. Two weeks later I am asked to return the car for a sheriff's out of state inspection for the title. Unsure why this was not already handled by the dealership before the sale, but can't get a plate without out so had to return to the dealership 12/30 and they stated plate would arrive in 2 weeks by mail. It is February and still have no plate. I texted the salesman yesterday who said he would contact the title department and get back to me in a couple of minutes. It has been 2 days with no response and my temporary plate runs out on 2/13. There was a tidy fee for the title work in the closing costs, so I paid for this service. My last vehicle purchase was in Baltimore to get a specific F150. The deal was done in 30 minutes, no surprises, and my title work and plate arrived within a month. I just went to South Dakota over New Year's to pick up a 1953 Ford project and got the sheriff inspection completed and title work in less than 1 month by myself. A dealer should be able to do much better than this. Ultimately, I got a low mileage vehicle at the original price listed but it was an incredible hassle dealing with these folks, who did not want to keep their word, and still cannot get me a plate for my vehicle or answer my request in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Service is horrible, won't ever use them again. My car in service since Dec 9th, today is Dec 30th, for a fuel tank replacement. Like pulling teeth to get a call back from service advisor. Had to keep calling them just to get an update on my vehicle. Parts in on 12/29, still no word from Katie, my service advisor. I called on 12/30, just to hear that they still don't have an ETA on when my car will be finished. Ridiculous is all I have to say!! Will be using dealership in Lawrenceburg moving forward. This is the 3rd Worst service experience with this service department. They need an overhaul of all front desk employees.

Zimmer performed the wrong services on my vehicle which I
Zimmer performed the wrong services on my vehicle which I discovered when they sent an invoice link to me. I left 3 messages and no one ever returned my calls. I had to go there and talk to someone where they told me they were working on the correct issue as we speak. Final bill comes and the wrong services that were initially done were still listed on the bill. Had to wait for supervisor to correct the issue. Extremely disappointed not only in the mix-up on the services that were to be performed, but the fact that a supposedly reputable dealership never returned my calls or reached out to me.I had to do all the legwork. I have had many services performed on my vehicle there, but never again will I trust them with my vehicle.

Zimmer CDJR has been in business a long time and has come highly recommended for the best overall sales and top in service in my opinion in the tristate. They have been serving my 2023 Jeep Renegade since I purchased it from Jeff Wyler... I am 100% satisfied with my experience with the entire service department especially Sarah though and honest and well spoken. Communication is extremely important and she is outstanding. Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Zimmer in late 2019; today during a blizzard and an unfortunate family medical emergency the battery gave out; explained the predicament I was in with having young kids and the medical emergency being 3 hours away where I’m from which would’ve left my wife and young twins without a car and they executed flawlessly to get our vehicle running again within a short window of time. Highly recommend!!

Zimmerman was absolutely phenomenal. I wish this was my first stop when I was looking for a car would made the whole process much easier I came in and worked with my salesman Mr. Montarez. Who was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable exceptionally helpful definitely went above and beyond. I cannot even be more grateful. On arrival, I stood there feeling like no one could see
On arrival, I stood there feeling like no one could see me. Did not feel welcome in the service department. Almost like I was a bother. The service took an inordinate amount of time for an oil change and I was never notified of the delay. Won’t be any more visits to your dealership.
