I heard great things about the Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas for months and figured I would check them out when it came time for a new car. The minute I stepped out of my vehicle during my first visit, I was greeted by a helpful employee who listened to what I wanted and helped find the right car for me. For a few days, Phil Anneken worked to locate just the right vehicle, even getting a car from another JW lot to test-drive. He provided helpful information but was clearly not inclined to push me into a sale I didn't fully want. The follow-up service has been equally wonderful, and Phil came through with the promises he made before the paperwork was signed. Both Phil and this dealership apparently strive to cultivate long-term customers, and they are very effective. I don't usually keep the dealership's license plate frame on my vehicles, but I will keep this one! Having worked with them personally, I'm even more impressed with the dealership and will gladly recommend Phil and Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My deal was complicated, two trade ins for a new Cherokee Trailhawk. My dealer representative, Darvin Schulz, gave me some numbers. I wasn't satisfied at all. I then tried two other dealerships and came to the realization that Darvin was offering me one heck of a deal! One last email and the deal was done and it actually came in under what he quoted. Financing was easy and at a very competitive rate. Then we were told that the Jeep came with 12 oil changes and 8 tire rotations so it's virtually maintenance free during the warranty period. All-in-all, a very satisfying purchase, thanks to Darviin.

I have purchased at least two cars from this dealer and each time I was thrilled by the experience. The staff is friendly and will do the extra leg work to get a deal done. I was looking for a vehicle on the net and Keith Jenkins blew the doors off the other dealers I sent inquiries to. Keith got me where I needed to be BEFORE I had to make a trip. He didn't want to waste my time if he couldn't get me where I wanted to be. Other dealers played the "come in for a test drive" game without getting into numbers. Guess what? Keith sold me the car and those guys lost out. Looking forward to doing business with this dealership and Keith Jenkins again!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Steve McCoy. Steve listened to any concerns I had and worked out any blockers that I had.
