I needed a better truck and I contacted Robert Parsons at Dwain Taylor. We got together, looked at this Toyota Tacoma and in a coupla hours I was driving it home!! Robert was super to work with a just a really great guy, nothing like your typical movie car salesman at all. Everyone that I met yesterday at Dwain Taylor were super nice and incredibly helpful. I was beyond pleased with my experience at Toyota of Murray. I purchased a new 2024 Tundra and financed it through the dealership. I always go to my personal bank when it comes to borrowing money but I didn’t really see the benefit so we went with the dealer specific financing. Becky in finance was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and just down to earth genuine. There was no pressure at all whatsoever which is always a concern for me when going in to a dealership to fill any kind of paperwork out. My children and I have purchased 8 Toyota's (one was a used Camry, the rest were new vehicles) from Andy Foley and his dedicated team. Everyone I have met over the years have always been open, friendly, engaging, fair, knowledgeable and above all else honest. I have done business with three West Tennessee Toyota dealerships that work all too hard to pull the wool over your eyes, bait and switch, lie and add to the MSRP to increase their margins. I did buy from 2 and walked out on one of these amoral, unscrupulous dealerships. I was so disgusted, I have not been back. I had to ask around and was recommended to go to Toyota of Murray (a 1.5 hour one-way commute). Immediately it felt like I was dealing with a close family member and as a result, I will continue to buy and trade with them. I see some others have written punishing reviews, but I have a difficult time wrapping my head around their experiences. Those reviews sound like pure fiction, or someone with a serious axe to grind. With 8 purchases and counting, I can only speak to all my (and children's) other dealings with them over the years, and see nothing at this point to change my mind to go car buying anywhere else.
