I just recently purchased my 4th new Camry from Tayloy Toyota, two of which Brock Crouch was the salesman. I was experiencing some health issues during this purchase, and the crew helped walk my wife and I through the sale process with me on the phone without a flaw. I cannot see doing business elsewhere. Purchased a used VW Jetta wagon 2011. Very pleased with the vehicle. I drove it to Boston and it ran like a top. The sales person Chad Fritsche kept me in the loop during the purchase process. I see most of the reviews are for a new car transaction. Yes, every dealer you can be happy with a new car transaction, but ask yourself whether or not loyalty and after purchase expectations are important to you as well. I've purchase 4 vehicles from them over my time to give local business my business. One of the purchases was a new vehicle, in fact, my last purchase from them. There was an identified recall/warranty given to a particular make and model by Toyota. My expectations may be high, but I would expect customer tracking and loyalty to be important to a dealership. Oh, how I was wrong with this dealership and Toyota. They did not bother to call or contact me about this MAJOR defect. I have since purchased 3 new vehicles, not from Toyota, and especially not from this dealer whom sells the same make new in the adjoining parking lot. Find a place with reputable after purchase transactions to buy from. I'm not sure how there isn't more complaints about this dealership across the web on this particular area. In other ratings on other sites look at the one stars and you will see a majority is about after purchases. I saw 5 stars on here and wanted to give a reality check that the 5 stars are just for purchasing a new vehicle. I wish all the people I've talked to in this local community would speak up and provide the true ratings of this dealership.
